I like how the last wanderer car is your car. It’s kinda like a life lesson. The only thing stopping you from being the best is yourself. Keep pushing to be better than before and no one can defeat you. Love this game btw
One thing that unique about thus game, Your final boss is actually yourself was such a unbelievable outcome after all you've done beating 599 racers before
@@ziqqerlad i'm guessing they're talking about PCSX2's nightly version, its an emulator that allows you to emulate PS2 games on PC. I have no idea what the Vault is though, maybe an ISO downloading site?
By defeating every other rival in the game, all teams, all bosses, and all wanderers. Unfortunately, it's impossible to achieve this ending without cheating in the Global release of the game, but it is possible to win it without cheating in the Japanese version.
@@AliasTheJ-unkothe reason is the Whirlwind Fanfare where you have to own 100.000.000 CP, but since the US version was capped at 99.999.990 CP, it's completely impossible to 100% the game normally/no cheat
Kinda. This game takes on a more poetic ending rather than the previous titles which focused more on mythical endings. Like most previous comments said. "The only one's stopping you from improving is your own self"
@@ravioliravioli693 Yeah cause on Tokyo Extreme Racer Zero, The Blue Devil car (???) was so much hell to beat. Only way I beated him was a really strange glitch on the ground on a specific part of the freeway that completely yank the car into a full stop.
@@Filmore1991 I heard how hard the boss was. Instant accel to 250mph, and the only legit way to beat it, is to set your car so that the max speed is at 263mph (limit capped by the game). And another interesting note I found while watching some vids on it, if you zoom on Unknown's plate on txr0, it has the same plate as Devil Z from Wangan Midnight 53-681 Yokohama registered.. kinda spoopy lmao

Dude loves racing so much and have been living in his own car for so long until he went schizo and see the doppleganger of himself
Pretty cool to see people still uploading about this game. Just recently started playing it again
Well done, you proved that you are better than yourself
Feel bad for the US players because it caps at 99,999,990 unless they have a GameShark or Action Replay laying around.
The video at the end was in 16:19 aspect ratio. Japan was head of time in 2003.
I'm trying to figure out how to play this game again. Cool to see I'm not the only one
How do you make your car have great handling & corner so well
Is there any way to get a copy of this game on PC by chance? I had no luck finding a copy of the game myself.
@@lxck_df5922 nightly release? the vault? care to explain more? im interested
