Heihachi Mishima, Joseph Joestar (pt. 3), and Senator Armstrong, among other characters. You really can't get much more stacked as a VO. Miss you, Unsho...

1:00 I prefer how in the English version raiden says “THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING?!” It shows how confused and almost concerned he is about fighting a literal United States Senator which perfectly captures the feelings of the player at this point. In the Japanese version he seems to be more concerned for Armstrong and how he could be injured due to not being armed.
the jp dialog is really different and toned down because the cinematography of the scenes are made for the english dialog theres no mention of armstrong playing college ball in university of texas instead he just mentions he's a really good athelete unlike the other politicians kinda sad really, because mentioning he was a former american football player even on the japanese dialog would really make him an extra entertaining character and even add more to the absurdity of everything

People think it's going to be the same as the western, but there's only one thing, he's already said that civilians will remain the same, so whoever kills a civilian, either he will take care of eliminating the murderer, or someone who wants to do justice, will be supported by him. Understand that Armstrong's speech doesn't start at that moment, his speech starts when he first show up to Raiden, when he's talking about what the Patriots left and ends when he dies. It's no use taking just a part or just this game, you have to know that their world is the post disaster in MGS4.
Really late, but because it's Heihachi's (and Joseph's) VA, I can imagine Jin (somehow) convincing Heihachi to give the zaibatsu to him in exchange for nanomachines.
They say basically the same things, but the Japanese version is far more direct towards the various groups of politicians, businesspeople, and civilians he wants to affect. The English script is relatively general with who he wants to target and/or assist, wanting them to be affected by his rhetoric instead of him himself, yeah.
One of the few times I prefer the English voices, mainly just because the characters are so deeply American. Besides, judging by the way the lips are moving, it seems it was originally written in english? I don't know if that's true but still.
