My petty as hell sister disappeared when I left, right around the same time her super chill and laid back doppelgänger arrived and took over her role as my little sister. Seems her short time playing the role of eldest (and only) child changed her viewpoint.
Idk man. It is one thing to just listen to a story like this and it is another to live through it. That shit takes a long ass time. And again, OP’s lawyer said they’ll likely not even get any money from it and this process could take 2 years.

What matters to you more? Pressing charges which will take 2+ yrs to accomplish to ruin their lives while you likely won't get any money OR a few months of dropping charges, getting recompensed for the damages, all while cutting them out of your life? Because that's the choice the OP had to make.
David's job is like a dream especially being a knowledgeable tradesman and law enforcement. But yeah, he should've sold the property as soon as his parents dropped it on him. Sister should get jobs during school hours.
Consider reporting the unreported income to the IRS. Your sisters & BILs turned your property into a BnB, opening you up to incredible liability. This is no light matter
This guy has way more patience than I do. Minute they said I had to start saving for THEIR children college fund I would have thrown them out my house laughing hysterically.
Says they’re not toxic and are good people, just petty…then they proceed to break into his property and threaten to assault him…that uh, that’s not what “good people,” do…
I First read the part about the pool incident and found it funny, and left it at that, never thought i'd be seeing updates on it, much less on this scale. Holy Molly.
I am 100% certain that the sisters and BIL would have paid for OP's phone (sarcasm) if he had fallen in, since they also expected the OP to pay for their own phones after they allowed their kids to run around with it and attempt to push people into pools more than once, which implied they didn't stop them after the first time. It would be weird to have a double standard like that, where damage their kids caused to other people's property was not their responsibility, but damage their kids caused to their own property was other people's responsibility.
I am astonished at people’s audacity. SIL nor BIL paid not one red cent towards the vacation home yet they feel entitled to have access to it. People have truly lost their minds! WTH????
My older brother demanded that I took care of his three daughters because I am wealthy. He does not even pay child support to his ex wife nor help her with the kids in any way. I was going to help them but they stopped talking to me as I stopped talking to my brother because he is a deadbeat dad. They are no my responsibility, they are on their own now.
I bet OP is going to really appreciate that place in the future. A lot of people when they get older either want to live by the beach or in the woods/mountains. Sounds like OP probably isnt the biggest people person and will like to live a slower, less stressful life in the future so my bet is he will grow to appreciate that house
what the literal heck is wrong with the sisters? The solution to their issues are just so straightforward. 1. live within their means. 2. Work harder if their family wants more 3. discipline their kids. Envy is not going to get you anywhere. If you want the good life, you work and plan for it!
My younger son says he not getting married but will adopt a preteen boy to inherit all of his stuff! I told him yay! I will get a grandson from him yet! Any kids my kids get by birth or marriage will be my grandkids no matter what!
Tbf, it's not even a big deal. The kids are just being kids having fun. The problem is that the parents didn't take responsibility that their kids were getting a bit out of hand and trashed their phones, yet blamed the OP for them falling into the water.
Uhh dude, the kids were aged 7-11 I'm very very very sure the average kid knows not to push pepole into pools by the age of 8 (I know because I had many cousins at that age range and they all knew from 7 not to push pepole, especially into pools) What do you mean it's not a big deal? What if that neighbour who was pushed off couldn't swim due to being an elderly or disabled or something?
@@DaBaseBallZ I agree with you that the average kid should know better, but I really don't have an issue with kids playing pranks and being kids either. There's a fine line though. If the kids are pulling pranks on strangers, then that should be corrected quickly by the parents. But if it's to family and friends, it should be alright depending on the prank. The problem in the original post is that the parents got mad for their kids being brats and rather than scolding their children, went after OP. Also, you're being pretty hyperbolic to point out that the person who was pushed could have been someone who couldn't swim. What's you're point? The person being pushed into the pool could've also been an Olympic swimmer too for all we know. We could speculate with hypotheticals, but that's all they are: hypotheticals. What matters is what happened. And what happened is that the kids pulled a prank and they were outplayed and their parents were mad at the wrong person.
So sad when a family has these issues. The sisters are jealous and narcissistic. If they had just enjoyed the vacation home and not been greedy life would have been wonderful. But most can't be happy with what they have. Just so sad.

Sometimes while listening I wish I had such entertaining stories to tell...but then I am: Nah, I'll stick with my perfectly good family, thank you very much
hits different when you have your own shit and not in a good way
Oh, it's fun having your own stories, you just have to be a really detached person and to not hold out much love for people that try to walk over you.
I’ve not talked to my toxic sister since 1982. The last time I saw her was in a courtroom in 1995 when she was being handcuffed after her and her husband were found guilty in the death of our mother.
I'm so sorry; what a horrible thing to happen.
Sorry to hear that. I hope you're coping.
I am so sorry that you have had to deal with such horrible people.
My mom makes me want to pull my hair out most days, but I'd never hurt a single hair on her head.
I hope that you have a strong support system. I know that you need it.
That’s terrible I hope you are fine now
I'm sorry but how old even are you
😂😂😂 the OP side stepping the kids and letting them dunk is a beautiful image.
As is the image of the little turds wailing after getting pulled out of the pool!! LOL!
Can’t belive it went from harmless teasing to a criminal investigation
I’ve been no contact with my toxic sister for five years and it’s been the greatest thing ever. I forget she even exists. 😌
My petty as hell sister disappeared when I left, right around the same time her super chill and laid back doppelgänger arrived and took over her role as my little sister. Seems her short time playing the role of eldest (and only) child changed her viewpoint.
I would have gone ahead and met BIL’s in court because their stupidity should have been enough to get them jailed.
Idk man. It is one thing to just listen to a story like this and it is another to live through it. That shit takes a long ass time. And again, OP’s lawyer said they’ll likely not even get any money from it and this process could take 2 years.
@@RedPanda391 I know that OP most likely would not get much. But it would certainly teach these entitled idiots that actions have consequences.
@@theanominous It certainly would. But imagine dealing with this shit for 2 years while knowing you would not get a lot of money. That's 2 years of stress and stuff being dragged out because the BILs were being stupid while there was this other, quicker solution available to you. You know what I mean? I get why OP took the route they did. It might not fulfill this justice boner readers tend to have, but if it was my life, I would just want it over with, man.
What matters to you more? Pressing charges which will take 2+ yrs to accomplish to ruin their lives while you likely won't get any money OR a few months of dropping charges, getting recompensed for the damages, all while cutting them out of your life? Because that's the choice the OP had to make.
@@solidsnake5644 this guy gets it. Well put
That part and the part where one Sister demanded that OP- *her brother* - pay for her kids' college tuition had my blood boiling.
Considering where the rest of the story goes, frankly having double standards is the least ethically shady thing these guys do
I am 100% sure your sarcasm is on point! 😂
David is MVP of this story, nobody'll convince me otherwise
100%
What does MVP mean..?

If my kids tried to push my brother into the pool and fell in themselves, I'd laugh then push them back in when they tried to get out.
SAME!! 😂
The lawyers wrote the apology and remember op, they aren’t sorry. They’re sorry they got caught
"it was more of a fart compared to what's happened this week" that had me loosing it
I am astonished at people’s audacity.
Wanna bet that there was never taxes paid over the rental money sisters and BIL's earned. If they make any more crap, get the tax collector involved!
"(f you google voice)" was funny to me lol
I love this David guy 😂
I’m just glad to see a family where the parents are sane and stable enough to make good decisions.
Man…I would probably sell the place. I know the parents want to keep it but I would get so VERY tired of dealing with all of that drama.
I bet OP is going to really appreciate that place in the future. A lot of people when they get older either want to live by the beach or in the woods/mountains. Sounds like OP probably isnt the biggest people person and will like to live a slower, less stressful life in the future so my bet is he will grow to appreciate that house
Wait it’s your property .
Holy shit was this a long rollercoaster. Your sisters families are nuts
If the kids drown doing this then that would have been on the parents.
what the literal heck is wrong with the sisters? The solution to their issues are just so straightforward.
1. live within their means.
2. Work harder if their family wants more
3. discipline their kids.
Envy is not going to get you anywhere. If you want the good life, you work and plan for it!
Imagine the sole problem of the entire family being a vacation home. I wish i had those problems too instead of my current ones
That guy better adopt a smart promising kid and leave everything he owns to that kid.
My younger son says he not getting married but will adopt a preteen boy to inherit all of his stuff! I told him yay! I will get a grandson from him yet! Any kids my kids get by birth or marriage will be my grandkids no matter what!
I love how OP was able to calm down and feel better after he ate because same 😂
Hangry can be problematic..🤤
Thank you for this, it's so good when the creator does these updates and includes all episodes, much appreciated. Thanks again ❤
Story 1:Very very very irresponsible on the parent's end, allowing kids to attack pepole is just scummy,NTA
There's only 1 story bro
Tbf, it's not even a big deal. The kids are just being kids having fun. The problem is that the parents didn't take responsibility that their kids were getting a bit out of hand and trashed their phones, yet blamed the OP for them falling into the water.
Uhh dude, the kids were aged 7-11
I'm very very very sure the average kid knows not to push pepole into pools by the age of 8 (I know because I had many cousins at that age range and they all knew from 7 not to push pepole, especially into pools)
What do you mean it's not a big deal?
If i were those kids id have been told "you got the consequences of your actions"
Middle BIL said he wasn’t going to jail for nobody😂😂😂
"BMI & BAC made this impossible." 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Thank you so much for taking the time and making this video with all of the updates! 😊
One thing my family says if your playing rough you gotta handle the roughness . Don't start something you can't handle , that simple and whoever cries get whopped 😂😂
The nerve of these people stealing from their brother then have the balls to demand they have access to it for their income people are ridiculous
Umm, the sentiment of it being the parents’ choice for who can go to the house is lovely. But also makes no sense, if the parents paid the bills sure. But they aren’t so he would be paying for his sisters which they dont deserve
and to think this all started from kids pushing people into a pool & getting a taste of their own medicine.
So this whole thing boils down to jealousy. smh
doesn't it always??
His BMI and BAC made that impossible, I’m ducking weak 😂😂😂
I didn't catch the BMI part 😂
@johnwolf1113 BMIbody mass index (he's fat😂) seems u understood BAC but just in case of mistake (blood alcohol content)
This guy seems to have a great r/s with his wife. He mentions her in every post no matter how minimal her involvement was. Its kibda sweet
It's better then those spouses who side with there In-laws instead of there partner. At least his wife had his back and didn't turn against him during his time of need. She sounds like a keeper.
All went to hell because the bil wants op to pay a few hundreds for a phone, and ending up with 6 figures loses 😂
WOW 😮
Sorry you and your wife had to go through that unpleasant experience. Prayers 🙏🏾 that all is peaceful now.
You are better than me. They would have received the reverse from me🔒
I laughed so hard when you moved out the way and the kids fell in to the pool. If my kids are ever annoying little sh*ts like that people can feel free to get them back like that lol.
The thing that surprised me the most was how helpful that lawyer was
I already know this is finna be exquisite
Edit: It was indeed an exquisite story
Frfr. Gonna be fire
It really is oml
I so prefer to listen to this than those apple text stories. Decent AI voice and no screaming binbo voices or false male voice acting. Thanks for some good stories
Some families are so good you don't need any more enemies.
Wow I love that we got the update. Best reddit youtuber!
So many friendships and families are destroyed by jealousy.
Honestly the OP should start renting with those profits they would make good money.
Also if anyone is in this situation as soon as some pos in your life starts bothering you about some form of property IMMEDIATELY get camers on it.
He should only start doing that once the matter is settled with family. Otherwise, he's just adding kerosene to the fire.
@@solidsnake5644lol you know nothing about the real world
I love how the dad was just in the whirlpool like my dudes chiller than me
Damn this man has a strong will to even think about mercy
God, I hate that selling jet skis and downgrading from crazy pricey vehicles is a huge burden on these people. And the idea that they were making 2k+/month casually and they were still desperate financual straits is insane.
this story is so cathartic to hear.
"It's not toxic" Sure sounds like it.
Her parents are genuinely normal and rational for once, which is refreshing.
OPs dad was absolutely done with his daughters 🤣🤣
My goodness these sisters are crazy and entitled. They chose to get married and have children so young without getting their finances in tact. Jealous of the younger brother who is financially well off trying to make from him in an unauthorised manner
The line “ tactically retreated to the world world part of the pool with a six pack of beer” priceless
All I can say is .....Daaaamn, David is pure professional. I would love to meet the guy! :D
The part that sucks is how close the sisters are but he is not part of that all. Sucks as a sibling. Also crazy that all this is for a house
I watched the older version and now watching the new parts made me love David even more
That's the most expensive kid's prank I ever saw.
look at the owner of the post
they actually LOVE their parents
that’s nice to know ❤😂🎉
If your company records all calls, ask your IT department
How can she expect you to pay for her child's tuition fee and all that bs 😂 that's some crazy sh.. NGL
😂😂😂😂 they're feel sooooo entitled
The middle brother has a security clearance and still went through with this? Stupidity
I've heard this story before but not the full version. It's nice hearing how things ended.
Didn’t this all start with some kids trying to push someone in the pool?😅😅😅😅
13:06 the audacity is mind blowing
And if your family tells you that they're entitled to everything you got they got a bunch of screws loose
The Grandfather, refusing to leave the whirlpool for the kids: Survival of the fittest 🤷
He knew they could all swim.
The way he calls them "little shits"😂
I'm thinking about getting married and having kids within the next two year (25 M) and I hate to admit it so when i am talking to someone about wanting to have kids i say "yeah, I'm getting to that age where I am starting to want little motherf-ers running around"
Okay, maybe I shouldn't laugh . . . but this hilarious!!!! Just LOVE it when entitled people get their come-upin's!!! (is that how that's spelled?) EXCELLENT!
David is such a randomly wholesome character
The F you google voice at 19:05 was funny and unexpected lol
Never have I ever been so invested in a story😂 Im glad he has his peace of mind back and can enjoy his time with his wife again. Hopefully the parenrs are able to move on too and use the vacation home again
Letting the son go but not the daughters just screams "idc if my son pressures someone as long as my daughters arent pressured" tbh
