His voice is SPOT ON! Wow and look how old the video is. Even if they helped this one out some he still sounds amazing for the quality of the recording.
I remember hearing this on the radio back when it came out, and thinking it sounded like a five piece band, with two guitarists and a lead singer. Then was shocked to see this on MTV, and it's a flippin' power trio, with the lone guitarist also singing lead. Have been a fan ever since.
Im brazilian, 36 yo, “discovered” Triumph in 2019, i went crazy, amazing band, i loved it, my kind of rock.

This was one of the best live shows that I have ever seen.
Watched the St. Louis Blues come back from down 3 to 0 against Colorado last night 2 win in overtime. I watched this song and Magic power from same concert last night between periods when Stl. Blues were still losing. They came back with the Magic power and because of the jersey the guitarist was wearing. Go Blues!!! 2022

Every player in the band kicks serious ass.saw them at the US festival in 1983. I was 16 then and never forgot their performance.one of the best trios on the planet! Dam I'm getting old too .Nooooooo!

I love this fresh, raw version of Baltimore concert and the US Festival where the band plays hard as a three piece band with no overdubs or second guitarist. Lucky that I saw them three times in concert.

I dont know why people say these guys were underrated. They were legend back in the 80s for putting on the best show and selling out arenas everywhere. Forgotten maybe, but never underrated. That's like saying Sammy Hagar was underrated, lol... In fact, Triumph was at least on equal footing and maybe even bigger than Hagar back in the day.

This is a raw..heavy version. It really Rocks! Rik and K.K. Downing were a few that loved the Flying V! And the Lion who plays Bass! Great Drummer! They sounded very similar to RUSH. Both Canadians and fantastic. The Kings! Other great sounds coming in from up north!

This actually isn't new, this is the old one from MTV from 1981, it was recorded in Baltimore I think.
Jacob Valverde it says Baltimore but Mike is wearing a St. Louis Blues Hockey Jersey. Maybe it was actually St.Louis

Was this from the MTV concert? I just remember the TRIUMPH sign dropping down and just blowing everyone’s retina’s out. The VJ’s said the sign was like 107 or some crazy number of 747 landing lights.
