Great players, great people and a string of awesome albums As an Englishman all I know is, a Canada ROCKS Much love Goddamn this is a great song
lot of brilliant bands from canada triumph bring back special memories never got reconition they deserved saw them progression of power tour southampton gaumant thankyou for so many fantastic songs
2:50...the best musical movement in rock...streetfighter style....I saw this tour..the explosion at 3:30 knocked you off the seat you were standing on...Gil is the best singing drummer..Santers plays a great rhythm guitar on this track too.....
Attention triumph fans! Triumph has just announced they will be releasing a dvd/cd combo of the sweden rockfest they played 4 years ago that was meant to precede the full scale world tour that up until now, we have been denied. Lets hope this approaching release will finally show the band that the fans are not ready for them to go away forever just yet. When it comes out, get out there and buy yourself a copy and hopefully we will see Triumph take to the road one more time. FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT!
WOW> this is soooooo freakin great to see. I never got to see them back then and I wish I had but wherever I was at the time they were always somewhere else. This should show the kiddies how we used to do it. heh heh heh. thanks for posting.
Yeah yeah name any other three-man band around that can put it together such as strength unbelievable nobody can compare to them for what they've done and yeah hardcore rock and roll especially guitars gets on his 12/6 string and just jams it up as well please rhythm and lead the same time who does that anyway awesome band
freekin' GREAT version....almost sounds too good to be live. Emmett is a great guitarist......sometimes I think he's better than...dare I say this..Lifeson....now Rush fans, don't get yr panties in a bunch. I love Rush and saw them on the "All The Worlds A Stage" tour, so I know what I'm talkin' bout....either way, one can't go wrong, eh?!...thanks for sharing this GREAT music....LONG LIVE ROCK!!
I've always thought that this song would have been much better as an instrumental. The arrangement would have to be changed..but I feel like there are many good parts and riffs that were kind of wasted with this one..
I'll be the first to admit that as a drummer, Gil is not the greatest. But he's not lame. He played to the songs perfectly. His vocals are a big part of the Triumph sound. And let's not forget, Triumph is all Gil's vision. The show, the pyrotechnics, the lights... all because of Gil. He is probably the most successful member of the band in the music industry. He is the owner of Metalworks in Canada. Just because he's not Neil Peart, does not make him lame.
One of the most under rated bands of the 80s and still one of my top 5 favorites. Thanks for posting.
To travel back in time, and to be in Halifax for this show....
Gil Moore is a talented percussionist banging those drums & a great vocalist too!
Absolutely, he’s incredible, makes it look so smooth.🧨🧨
Masterpiece example of live hard rock
I was lucky to be about five feet from Rick, in Anchorage, Alaska, in their prime, in the late 80’s!!! Amazing, simple!!!😉👍

Rick never should change the solo live because he did a epic solo on studio album.

Gil Moore - Lamest drummer ever.
