Yes, the pipe goes over the frame and under the bed. It comes out of the muffler as a 3" pipe into a y and out as (2) 2.5" pipes into 3" tips.
I have Gibson headers installed that are the same fit as the stock exhaust manifolds. The Gibson headers fit my stock y pipe perfectly. Yes, Spintech y-pipe will work with the stock manifolds.
