I just had an issue with my 110 not shifting, it clicked into gear but when the engine was running it wouldn’t move. I took apart the engine like how it is in this video, and the nut that’s on the centrifugal clutch came off and the inside of the clutch fell out. Putting the nut back on and fixing the outer casing that keeps the nut in place fixed the issue

2004 klx110 with 143 big bore. Stock clutch Hd clutch kit. my gasket just broke after taking it apart again after leaning it on its side like you did in a previous video so now im kinda screwed with the bike outside on its side because the gasket did not seal... BUT i kept the shifter and foot pegs off the ground so i dont think this is the issue. Anyway. I just put the hd clutch in the bike and all 6 springs and torqued the 6 bolts down on the clutch to factory spec. Went to start the bike and the kick start slips. Feels like it is sliding past something and does not kick over easy. But it is not grabbing. Very often. I have not kicked it hard. It feels like it will break something. But if i kick it it either grabs and starts because it was just rebuilt and all broke in luckily. So now this is the issue.
If i adjust the clutch bolt on the stock clutch cover counter clock wise all the way it locks up my shifter. I have the twist it in about half way for the bike to be able to shift into gear. But either way wen the bike did start and run i took it for a little ride and it felt like the clutch was slipping..
Super confused considering i just rebuilt the top end and put a jew cam chain in adjusted the valves and broke it in with no issues besides it slipping a bit in 2nd and real bad in 3rd which was the reason i got the hd clutch kit in the first place. Sorry for so much but any help would be much appreciated because i am stumped! 😔
Figured out bottom clutch disc was crooked so it wouldnt let the clutch fuller enfage or the kick start ! Pulled it apart got it back togather the right way now and she hauls the mail 🤘
Have you ever had the holder cause a problem? After shift shaft replacement with an 05+ the arm with the two teeth keeps popping out of place behind the holder on the shift drum.
Sir. Good day. Can you explain how centrifugal clutch work. In klx automatic clutch. When you kick, how it cut in. Thabk you. Coz i have problem in kickstart. It wont cut in. From philippines. Same engine in kawasaki fury 125.
When you put the manual clutch in did you remove the auto clutch and install the washer or did you just leave it in to where it’s manual or auto? I removed it like it says in the instructions on TBolts website. I followed the instructions to a T. Now when I shift up or down I have to manually move the gear shifter back to the center location. There is no spring back or anything.
Been thinking to convert my Kawasaki KSR110 few years back, probably this year will try to make it happen! Can I go fully manual without buying a primary main gear?? I'm still confuse.

I'm having a issue where my shifter gets stuck down and stuck up, and you can see on the shifter on the outside on the case it's got about a 1/4" of shininess showing, think it pushed in to far?
Thank you! That is exactly what happened...laid it on the shifter lever and pushed the indexer assembly out of place. Great description, great video.

Mark John Ynzon your “one way bearing” is bad. Do a search for the fix, I will try to take mine down and make a video on it soon.

My klx 110 will shift up and now is stuck in 4th and won’t go down what do I do
You need to file the ear on the shift arm. It’s not engaging to down shift for you.
This is a known problem with these
Where his finger is at 3:00 is what you need to file to catch as you shift

Kyle Stewart or it’s been bent in a bit. If it shifts good but only gets stuck on the case, I would gust tweak the shifter lever a bit.
bubbzification I fixed it, it was the casting on the tbolt case where the shifter sat... I had to shave a 1/16th off, it's good now
