is it okay if take out the auto clutch? my motorcyle is same engine like u malaysian model motor . already put it all but my clutch is nothing . should i take out the auto clutch?
When you pulled the primary clutch, you probably got the shift arm out of wack. Especially if it was laid over like I did. My shifter was hitting the ground and caused some issues with shift arm and tumbler alignment. I just pulled the primary clutch back off and adjusted everything where it should be.
Theoutdoordaniel good eye. We was thinking nobody would catch that. When we stood the bike up, we seen several pieces of debris in the case so we flushed it out and shop Vac the bottom. That’s behind the scenes stuff 😂😂
michael knipp the kickstarter is Jax specific and different from most shafts. TboltUSA has replacements at a really good price. Tell them Bubbz from the TardSquad sent you and they will treat you right.
I just did mine tonight, it goes into gear but shifter stays stuck down past the peg. Then havta pull it up. Did you guys have that problem? And did you use that big spacer? I couldent find where it would go.
I am pulling the cover again this weekend to reseal the sight glass. I will pull the clutch and video the shift arms and how they should look. That way if anyone else has any issues they can have the video to go back to. Thanks.
O yea i forgot it would shift fine until i put the case cover back on and tightin the screws, when i start to snug them up is when the shifter will get stuck and then gotta shit it by hand.

Ada bush yg d tgh oneway bearing tu kan,itu kasi keluar..auto clucth tu pastikan dia melekat sama housing auto..bush yg tadi tu,d atas auto..trus ko kasi ketat tu skru kuat2.. Main welding sy x syor kan..
In my country MALAYSIA, The engine of MODENAS KRISS 110 perfectly same like KLX 110. Just the body of motorcycle is different. Btw MODENAS KRISS 110 is our national motorcycle in Malaysia. 😍
Mohd Syahrul if I’m thinking correctly, the engine over there has the 4 speed shift tumbler. These engines have 4th gear in them, but can’t be used without changing out the shift roller.
MX Otter this one is 3 speed. We never installed the tumbler for the 4th gear. Fourth gear is in there, and TboltUSA has the tumbler to make it a 4speed. We just haven’t tried that upgrade yet.

You just need to remove the auto-clutch and jam the auto-clutch housing..
Washing the bike before disassembly would of been a good idea

The big spacer that looks like a washer, is for if you want to leave it simiautomatic with a clutch.
