In this episode, it's as if I found a rare pokemon for property. Tuai Residence is a condominium, and to be categorized as a condominium, the team will need to comply to the restrictions in terms of minimum land size and density. Ultimately this is very low density highrise project where I don't think I can find anywhere else anymore.
My favourite part would be the design philosophy behind the product. The team implemented the 'Magic' concept, multi-ability, multi generation inclusive community concept into Tuai Residence and the outcome is simply amazing. From the massing of the building, architectural detailings, to the programming for the common areas, it's catering for everyone.
However, the location is situated within the residential area and that means it'll be inconvenience to get commercial support until the adjacent shop offices are erected.
