FYI: The RDS Hood works in the rain to keep your optic 's glass from taking on water, dust and debris. If you train outside then that hood might be for you. Level 3 retainer might be for you one of these days...lol
Thank you for the review. I am getting this holster for P320(s). I am probably going to be using mine with a Sig P320 Carry with a threaded barrel. I also have a P320 full with a threaded barrel, which based on your review won’t fit with the threaded barrel, but when I put the stock barrel in it shouldn’t be a problem.
You can remove the barrel plug on the 6360. It will allow you to use both barrels. This is something you cannot do on the 7360 without completely dismantling the holster, which isn’t recommended. The versatility of the 6300 series makes it one of the best holsters Safariland has made to date.
My understanding is that knob sticking waaaay out where the trigger guard rests is whats supposed to adjust that slack. Also the way you left the holster at the end is a level 1. Apparently the # of motions it takes for you to get the gun out is how you count the levels.
Same holster fits the p10C with suppressor sights, TLR VIR II (for running nods) and a red dot obviously. It has the same little bit of wiggle and it’s very tight at first, which you can either heat up a bit or loosen the bottom screw and keep working it until it loosens itself.
This is the issue we're having at our department. We're using this holster with the Springfield Echelon, Holosun P.I.D light and Holosun HE507C green dot. The handgun has play, which isn't such a big deal, but the holster is so thin and flexible towards the top, that if you lean on anything, the holster pushes onto the magazine release and our magazines fall out. Holsters leaning on where the seatbelt goes into the female part of the seatbelt causes magazines to come out. Huge design flaw. We have to go back to our old holster and guns until we fix the problem.
I bought the 6390rds for a glock 34/35 surefire x300 but i noticed when i got it, it says 19/23 on it? Are they the same holster despite knowing both fit?
Update for those curious, new or need answers that i couldnt find: Completely different holster and I received the wrong one from amazon. The 34/35 is a diff sku from 19/23 version and of course is longer.

Ok, very well done vid. Perhaps u can give me some insight. I carry a 1st Gen M&P .45 with 4.5" barrel. Its been VERY difficult finding a modern ALS type duty replacement holster for it. I'm currently still using the Blackhawk SERPA non light bearing, index finger release holster which is 17 years old. Do you know of ANY holsters which will accomodate this pistol? Thank you.
No I have both and it does not fit. However, if you get the model for the m&p, that holster will fit a glock 17-19 just fine. The glock slide is just slightly thinner than the m&p slide
6360-8192-131 is the model your looking for. It fits my 2.0 5” pc ported with tlr-1hl just fine. It did hit the screw on the light some upon holstering and unholstering. You can either check your light daily to make sure it’s tight or as i did, I heated the area it was catching on and reshaped it slightly. Don’t know if this was due to the pc model or not. It’s the part that intrudes into the opening and acts as a stop for sls. It hits on the back so you don’t have to modify the part that acts as the sls stop. Amazon has them currently in stock with free Prime shipping for 164.64.

@@gabrielkrueger8035 i would imagine it would work. I have the strike industries mass driver comp on a g19 slide and it gives it the lenth of a g34, give or take a tiny bit. Im using the blackhawk omnivore in the meantime it works well until i can find a better option for reasonable price.
I'm late to the party on this but Garand Thumb did a video on his Roland Special build. In it, probably about 3/4 of the way through the video, he goes into detail about his holster. I don't remember which gun it was actually designed for but he said it fit perfectly.

There’s a dude on Reddit who has been testing a ton of holsters looking for on that fits a Canik, according to him this is the one. Allegedly there’s a little back and forth wiggle (not up and down) but he hasn’t gotten the retention to fail yet

I’ve used a similar safariland holster made for a Glock 17/22 with weapon light to carry a Glock 19. I have noticed this give he’s talking about but only when holstering or drawing. Although it can be moved up and down by hand there is enough friction in the holster in my experience that it does not rattle or bounce around when running. If you would happen to have that issue in sure it could be resolved by tightening the tension screw on the back side of the holster. However, even when holstering the 19 without a light attached I have not had any issues with rattling or free movement. It seems to still be retained very well.
By the way I noticed it mostly when holstering the weapon not drawing. I haven’t found it to have a significant effect on my ability to draw the weapon.
I got a xd45 w/ x300 lbh 6360, i wanted to downsize to maybe a balder olight, i think it should fit but anyway i can check before i spend on light that might not fit?

Safariland will not guarantee anything other than what firearm it was made for and or flash light so if it’s taken from you you can’t blame them Just like they will fit without a light on them they are not guaranteed to retain without a light attached This is coming from agency side And yes they will fit aimpoint acro

No it does not. I have g21 and would not fit my coworkers holster. Although I think you can modify it by filing down the inside until it fits. I’ll play around more to see what I would have to adjust since I have a g21 getting milled with a Holosun 509t. Also it did not fit the 7360rds either. I thought if I went with the g41 dimensions, it would fit, but the g41 slide is actually thinner. I would have to file down the als mechanism to fit it as it catches on the sides of the slide. Anyone else find anything out?

The acro does fit it, irons forward or rearward, the protective hood doesn’t close all the way but that’s not such a major loss for positive retention
I hear you can relocate the hood to the holes above to make it fit, is this true?

Foam mountain bike grip cut down to size fits in that cap pretty well.

Did you find another duty alternative for the echelon?
@@MrDrakefla we switched lights to the-Lr 1. Now they fit snug and the magazine release doesn’t get hit.
I have the same holster, but I run it with a comp’ed Glock 19X. It’s the same length as a 34 at that point.

What do you think of the 6360rds compared to the 6354do? I was thinking that a 6360 could be turned into a 6390 if the sls was removed

This is a late comment not sure if you figured it out yet but the Holosun 407c fits just fine in this holster .

It's not compatible with this model holster but I think Safariland makes one for the beretta.
