You will have to get your law school to directly send transcripts to the NCA office in Ottawa. Other than that, they require your character certificate from your Bar. That must be original. Rest, it’s just the form and CV.

Hi, i am completing my LLB this month and want to apply for paralegal course in Canada. While applying for visa for the paralegal course how should i justify the SOP and return to home country although i do not have any plans for returning
Hi! Hmm, I wouldn’t know about the SOP as I moved to Canada as a PR. But I think you could tie it with your current experience and how you will be able to use the knowledge you to get as a paralegal to your work profile and hone your skills.
@@sukhmanikahlon maybe you can interview some students how are enrolled in this kind of course and have started their career as a student after LLB from India. That would be really helpful because there is no such content on TH-cam regarding the same.
