Honestly, if within the next 5-10 years you arent working in the industry professionally, I have no hope for myself. This is some great stuff so far.
Don't be hard on yourself... you just need a little YT algorithm luck and you'll grow exponentially from there!
Depends on your definition of "the industry".
If you can get yourself into *any* team, or get yourself a team, you're ready to start making things.
I've seen too many projects die because the person was trying to use them to get in good with hollywood or equivalent, even though the project had been doing perfectly fine on its own, but due to a lack of "industry reception" they stopped making it.

Source Filmmaker is nice, but it’s a 2006 program or something… S2FM has a lot of potential, including the ability to convert recorded demos to editable assets! That alone would exponentially decrease production times, as well as make the transitional blinking a thing of the past.

Seeing Gordon apply the bandage to the injured guard is something I wished I could do in the game when I got to that point. Coulda made the health kits work like they do in L4D!

The amount of personalised animation youve been putting into all of these Reality videos is so so impressive and really makes me happy to see that other people care for all the small detials like I do! Plus the quality of your animations are only growing with time and through watching all of them I gotta say the progress is amazing!! Can't wait to see the next episode and all those after it! HEV suit stating on stress levels when does that ever happen? I think that would be a pretty cool feature to know on how stressed Gordon is during the resonance Cascade

I was wondering if we'd see Gordon physically overwhelmed by the emotional distress of direct contact with someone's death, and then this trailer popped up in my recommendations. I'm actually emetophobic, but the visual aspect is tastefully done and makes me curious how the sound design has been handled.
Good choice of Apprehension to set the tone. I'm not sure there's a better track to set this to.

It will, if its the last friggin thing i'll do... And I don't just plan on stopping there.
Problem is, my skills and standard of quality have increased fast enough that i'm no longer satisfied with my old work. I may release it as is (its about 2/3rds done) but from then on its going to take longer than it has been, because I care more about quality now than I used to.
In order to get these out fast enough, I need technology to help me convert demos to SFM, and I need more people. I'm currently porting Black Mesa to Source 2, and i'm gathering a team... But more than anything, we're mostly on Facepunch's timeline because we're working with S&box.
