I was in an experience exchange, and we have done the same experiment, but in two minutes, and with the purpose of finding common hobbies. In two minutes, I felt so understood by one certain someone, as if our minds worked as one. As the photographer of the project took a picture of us, I saved it. And all my friends told me that they've never seen me as happy as I was then. In 10 days, not only that I felt how it was to love someone, but I also discovered what it meant to be understood, and I learned to express myself, appreciate myself and accept myself as a whole, unique, artistic person. And all of this because of a person I met during this experiment. It is beautiful, really.

what would you say if someone offered you the opportunity? Most people who want something are often times too afraid to go and get what they want that they turn down opportunities of a lifetime.
I finally managed to have a date with these questions! :) We met on a dating app and she also knew about this so we decided to try it out. In the study it says to do it in 45 minutes. Well - we spent 6 hours walking around the city, answering the questions and getting to know each other closely. It was the most intense experience I shared with anyone ever and I really enjoyed our date. :) It seems like I now know her for much longer than just this one meeting so far... I'm not entirely sure whether I want a romantic relationship with her but I do want to get to know her even better.
I think Buzzfeed uploaded the questions. On your first date go through them or through questions with a similar style. The reason the questions work so well is because they make both participants vulnerable. That's the key.
I'd like to tell a story. I don't know if anyone cares, but this video made me decide to do it. So about a week ago, I woke up late for college. Not late to class, but parking is a nightmare if you get there too late in the day. I woke up, go ready, had coffee, and left. When I got there I was lucky enough to find parking no problem. Class was canceled for the day for whatever reason. Decided to go to the music department and play one of the pianos in a practice room for a while. I stayed in there relentlessly learning a song for my friend and barely got anything done, but I enjoyed myself. at 10:47 I left the practice room to go to my next class. I started walking there and when I was within view of the building I was going to I heard a girl exclaim something like "Oh!" but it was soft and only I noticed. I turned around and there she was. I asked if she was alright and just started walking with her. Her name is Olivia. Here's the kicker. 6 years ago, I met a girl I had been so in love with the the next 5 years that I knew her. That ended in failure. But when I met here, there was a distinct feeling I got about her, like something was telling me to keep talking to this girl, because she was important, and then she became 5 years of my life. When I met Olivia, it wasn't like love at first sight. Neither situation was. But it was like a magnet pulling me toward her, the very same feeling. I've been talking to her for about a week and have been considering asking her to sit at a study table at the college with me some time and just talk and do homework. But I'm worried I'm making her uncomfortable. I just don't know what to do! She's a total stranger, but she's on my mind lately every single day against my will. Who knows? Maybe she's the one.
This video, more than anything, shows that strangers can fall for each other. So if anybody finds someone amazing to be with (like you seem to have), I'm rooting for you and hope for the best. :)

I have a few books of questions and they’re really fun for dates and even to ask friends and family. You learn random stuff about people, yeah, but also what they think is important and how their mind works. Most relationships end in failure, in that they aren’t your final partner in life. But... it doesn’t mean that Journey needs to be full of “what do you do,” and “oh, so you have a sister? Cool.” I hate to waste anyone’s time and if I’m a dead end I feel like I have. But if they learned something about themselves they didn’t realize, well, I helped them in some way, and I can feel good about that. I impacted them in a way that will last longer than our conversation, and I think it’s worth something. At least I tell myself that so I don’t pull my hair out at being 28 without even a semblance of a guy on the horizon. 😂

Falling in love... I think it's due to the presence of honesty, humility, respect, and just being true even in front of a complete stranger. That's not actually the premise of the experiment. It was intended on making people grow closer as individuals. However, they had no idea that their experiment would yield such results. It is true that some of their subjects did fall for one another, but not all of those ended up with "happy endings." Either way, it's a super cool concept and interesting to watch with such a beautiful song. :)

I finally managed to have a date with these questions! :)
We met on a dating app and she also knew about this so we decided to try it out. In the study it says to do it in 45 minutes. Well - we spent 6 hours walking around the city, answering the questions and getting to know each other closely. It was the most intense experience I shared with anyone ever and I really enjoyed our date. :)
It seems like I now know her for much longer than just this one meeting so far...
I'm not entirely sure whether I want a romantic relationship with her but I do want to get to know her even better.

I'd like to tell a story. I don't know if anyone cares, but this video made me decide to do it. So about a week ago, I woke up late for college. Not late to class, but parking is a nightmare if you get there too late in the day. I woke up, go ready, had coffee, and left. When I got there I was lucky enough to find parking no problem. Class was canceled for the day for whatever reason. Decided to go to the music department and play one of the pianos in a practice room for a while. I stayed in there relentlessly learning a song for my friend and barely got anything done, but I enjoyed myself. at 10:47 I left the practice room to go to my next class. I started walking there and when I was within view of the building I was going to I heard a girl exclaim something like "Oh!" but it was soft and only I noticed. I turned around and there she was. I asked if she was alright and just started walking with her. Her name is Olivia. Here's the kicker. 6 years ago, I met a girl I had been so in love with the the next 5 years that I knew her. That ended in failure. But when I met here, there was a distinct feeling I got about her, like something was telling me to keep talking to this girl, because she was important, and then she became 5 years of my life. When I met Olivia, it wasn't like love at first sight. Neither
situation was. But it was like a magnet pulling me toward her, the very same feeling. I've been talking to her for about a week and have been considering asking her to sit at a study table at the college with me some time and just talk and do homework. But I'm worried I'm making her uncomfortable. I just don't know what to do! She's a total stranger, but she's on my mind lately every single day against my will. Who knows? Maybe she's the one.
This video, more than anything, shows that strangers can fall for each other. So if anybody finds someone amazing to be with (like you seem to have), I'm rooting for you and hope for the best. :)

I just love the way this video is shot too! The vintage old recorder, they could’ve gotten a new tiny one, but it doesn’t carry the same weight and effect; the cable running underneath the table dividing the room and the screen in half, it’s interesting to see if and when it gets crossed, the focus on the subtle little body movements, finger tapping, shuffling feet, micro facial expressions … It’s all simple yet gorgeous ❤

I have a few books of questions and they’re really fun for dates and even to ask friends and family. You learn random stuff about people, yeah, but also what they think is important and how their mind works. Most relationships end in failure, in that they aren’t your final partner in life. But... it doesn’t mean that Journey needs to be full of “what do you do,” and “oh, so you have a sister? Cool.” I hate to waste anyone’s time and if I’m a dead end I feel like I have. But if they learned something about themselves they didn’t realize, well, I helped them in some way, and I can feel good about that. I impacted them in a way that will last longer than our conversation, and I think it’s worth something.
At least I tell myself that so I don’t pull my hair out at being 28 without even a semblance of a guy on the horizon. 😂

Falling in love... I think it's due to the presence of honesty, humility, respect, and just being true even in front of a complete stranger. No one could ever know for a fact if anyone is worth opening up to unless they themselves initiate or even at least try to trust first. That's not actually the premise of the experiment. It was intended on making people grow closer as individuals. However, they had no idea that their experiment would yield such results. It is true that some of their subjects did fall for one another, but not all of those ended up with "happy endings." Either way, it's a super cool concept and interesting to watch with such a beautiful song. :)
