Lovely 2 see you happy working in the UK. I worked for many years as a nurse and in the NHS Hospital I worked I stopped managers from sacking over 100 Philipino Nurses. I learnt a lot of clinical skills from philipino friends and colleagues on my ward. I'm British and it's lovely to have you all here in the UK helping to run our NHS. You all deserve much better pay for the valuable job you do.

Wow it's so calm where you work, i left my role at an acute ward very busy place it's similar to A&E. Our ward didn't let us share bread or have milk am going on to Nursing soon i figured i need to find the best footwear and find what field i want to work in. Am curious to see how the UK nursing differs from international nurses. Not every ward is strict, but the work-life balance on busier wards with higher numbers of HCAs and Nurses can be a positive thing but when it's short staff and you got patients who are seriously confused or ill it can be difficult to find cover. I had to cover 13pts that wasn't easy. For the pay and staff shortages i could get paid more privately or work abroad for higher pay and better work life balance.
Nice video, but one thing I am worried about is your diet....not good man...your job is demanding you should avoid Junk food, empty calories, no nutrients... Oh man. Much love 💕

If you go here as a dependent of someone, you can work where ever you want like macdonalds, tesco etc. Unless you want to be a professional, you have to have a degree to have the qualification to to work like nirsing.
Hi, its like basic questions same as local hospital interview. Questions like what will you do if you commit medication error. Conflicts with co workers, escalating pts with abnormal vital signs. Things like that.
Patient ratio po ay dpende din po sa ward. Kadalasan sa mga ward na madami indepe dent is mas madami din patients. Samin is more dependent so mejo konti kesa iba. Workloadwise, almost the same nmn.
It has heater but so poorly during my stay... and they turn the heater off at 11pm... they will also provide you blanket that they provide to patients and not thick enough for the cold. I used my jacket as a blanket during my stay because i cant buy blanket during covid times. All stores are closed.

Mahal po ang cost of living dito sa bath. Specially sa rent at tax. Pwede ka nmn po mag dala ng anak basta nd lg mka apekto sa strabaho nyo po. Sayo po if mag dala ka ng dependent dapat mag rent ka ng isang bahay tlga. At aabot ng 800 to 1k yun plus tax at bills.

No it is not good,suppose it depends where you work, in theatre and endoscopy your feet don't touch the floor,so busy all the time,no breaks,never get off on time,lousy pay. After 44yrs I'm so glad I have retired. My advice ? Don't touch nursing with a barber pole. Burnt out and depressed. Far fields look greenist !
It depends on what ward mam. Wards with more independent patients have more. Strict monitoringvwards have less. But same level of weight in terms of work.
One thing I miss being a PACU RN here in the UK is the night shifts. All praise to you in the wards, I can't do the things you do!
