After watching multiple videos and fidgeting with the L bud in the case I noticed the light turned red when I had the back part of the case tilted up. I didn't want to move because that dang light finally turned red so I set it in the hole in the box it came in so it was propped in the upright position and it's still red so fingers crossed it's actually charging. Otherwise, they're going back to the store tomorrow!
I figured it out. Try cleaning your connections on the Buds and Case with Rubbing Alcohol and Q-Tip, then play with it until the Red Charging Light comes on. You can charge one bud at a time to see which one is the problem.

Hi sir yung left galaxy ear buds pro ko po working naman, not charging nga lang po. Then wala rin light.
Yung akin po kc kahit connected na sa phone, pag inangat ko yung left earbuds wala at all light. Yang sayo kahit papano meron.

Dissemble and remove the motherboad completely to connect pins like i did
but it might be a risk also maybe after doing my process.
