My case charges, the front LED is green when fully charged, when I open the case with no earbuds inside; the LED inside the case shows red. It never used to do this except when the earbuds are in and needing a charge.
But now with no earbuds the inside LED is red, and does not charge the earbuds. Any solution? In the meantime I purchased a 3rd party charger/case and that charges the earbuds?
So any reason why the case charges itself fully but does not charge the earbuds when inserted? I left them in overnight cleaned the connectors on the earbuds, earbuds are not the issue since they charge fine with the 3rd party case from amazon.
My fix for L not charging (after trying everything suggested in many of these videos) was tilting the charging box with the Left earbud sitting on the charging terminals. I actually set it in the hole in the box they came in (just bought them) and the dang red light actually stayed on. Maybe it has something to do with the weight shift idk but when I was fiddling around adjusting the bud on the terminals I tilted it and the red light came on, much to my surprise after everything I tried. They were actually going back to the store tomorrow. We'll see if it actually charges overnight. Fingers crossed 🤞

Only have 2 weeks with the galaxy buds 2 pro and I already have this issue. First and last time I ever get samsung buds, ridiculous. New technology shouldn't fail within a month of use.

Viggo Dinter bro, It could be a hardware issue. If the Pods are not Properly connected to sensor in the case, it can cause the problem 😊

1huthaifa Bro, Clean the Charging the Port Try to Charge it again. If it also does not work, your Charging Port could be damaged. IT might cause the issue.😊
@Fix.369 I tried all the methods, and it didn't work until I charged it wirelessly until it reached full charge. Then, I put it on the wired charger and discovered that it returned to work 👍🏻
I had the same problem. My case was 100 charged but my buds were not charging. I obviously cleaned the conections and swapped cable. What really fixed my problem was opening the case and plugging in the cable. Hope this helps someone

kj2ea90 Bro, It seems like your Galaxy Buds 2 are unresponsive and not charging. Here are some steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Ensure the charging case has battery and try different cables/adapters.
2. Clean the charging contacts on the buds and case.
3. Reset the buds by placing them in the case for 7 seconds.
4. Put the buds in pairing mode and connect using the Galaxy Wearable app.
5. Visit a service center if the issue persists, as it may be hardware-related.

So i bought replacement case my buds work fine and now my case has no led on case only when connected to charge

Ricky Valadez bro, Have you tried resetting the case? Put your Earbuds in case, close it, keep it close for about 7 seconds and open it. it should fix the issue. 😊
My earbuds only charge whenever the case is plugged in
Mine does the same...case plugged in both case lights on, buds charge. Unplugged from the wall...no charge, case doesn't hold charge either

@@abuzarvirgo unfortunately no, I had to replace the case from ebay. It was only £30. I'd basically buggered the case as I'd previously gotten water in it.

Mine are brand new. Only charged 1 time when opened the package. Never again.

All of yall are lucky I lost my galaxy buds live for a like a year then I found them and my case nor my buds will charge
i lost my case for like 2 months and then found them in one of my pants
