1:49 in one comic panel he’s literally a quarter the size of nightwing, red hood, Stephanie brown, and Tim drake, but a few panels later he’s only about a head shorter than nightwing so it’s gonna be hard to get a definitive scale 😂
My fav Robin has to be old school pixie boots Dick Grayson. I saw a different channel mod a Mcfarlane's Carrie Robin into Dick by using one of those Airbender heads.
Damian Wayne just has a MASSIVE head. Artists just make his noggin absurdly large to house his massive ego. So it's comic accurate but it's still stands out in comparison to every other character. I think the grey and red just fits Damian. He's Bruce and Talia's son. These colors make sense for Damian's take on Robin. The tradition red/green works with Dick. Jason never really got his own unique look. Tim's first primary costume basically became standard for Dick Robin in animation. The 2nd suit inspired by BTAS for Tim with the all Red is honestly perfect for him. Though I can see why Jason get's it in flashbacks sometimes. Tim was basically Jason without the anger issues in BTAS. Oh god the legs. I love that they used ball joints. They've done it before on those Mandarin Spawn figures, but man the execution was bad here. You also see the need for thigh cuts. They always find a way to fumble at the end despite having a good game(that's as far as my sports knowledge goes). I really wish they'd just have more alt hands and heads in the same box. They are selling the same exact figure but unmasked. That head should be with this figure. All of this should go into increase the collectable value of this one figure.
I am not a huge Damien fan (he’s growing on me though), but I absolutely love this figure. Most of the Multiverse figures suck, but this one has a great sculpt. Love the art style and being true to the art style.
The full glove articulation killed me 🤣 it’s a little comforting to see some of the smaller common issues being done better though. Honestly they need to ditch the stands & art cards and just give us more paint.
I would like to hear your opinion on the McFarlane batman figure from the movie. I got it and thought it was good but I’m def getting a custom cape for better posing.
