Bro you killed this... crazy impressive how you made it look better than the storm... just wow... this is coming from somebody who passed on this because I have the storm... slayed this sheesh
You are amazing. You transformed Lobo from mediocre to amazingly studly and extremely MANLY to the 90's version of EXTREME. Todd McFarlane should take notes from you. I am now subscribed to you
im late to the party but hot damn just the hair and beard work made lobo into LOBO! awesome job thant comment was thumbnail view only now 1min 52 seconds in i can only be in awe of thy work outstanding
Wow, I knew the work you would do on this figure would be amazing, but this is downright phenomenal. I was originally somewhat satisfied with the original head sculpt on the McFarlane figure, but after seeing the work you did to it, I'm starting to feel a little shortchanged about it now... Absolute night-and-day difference.
Amazing work!!! The original one looked like he had a stroke, you improved him so much!!!!! Im trying to resculpt some figures too, but I usually use greenstuff instead of milliput, especially for sharp edges, but I'll definately give milliput a shot now! Thanks for this educational Video!
Would you ever make a series of custom heads for people who want to buy that figure but replace the head with your custom made one. You could do a limited series on a eBay or Etsy listing because I would love to that this version?
Bad ass chin + horseshoe/sideburns combo is the best look for Lobo, a favorite of mine since his appearance in Superman TAS. You did a great job resculpting him! And long hair is an absolute must for this character. On a sidenote, I suggest to use shades very carefully to avoid everything looking like a dirty mess. Paint them on then remove the excess via cloth, by tapping or wiping. Right now a lot of surfaces you're trying to shade end up looking very unclean and uneven. You're getting better and better with every new project, keep ém comin!
It takes some work to get a McF figure from OK to great. So you have to wonder, why didn't they put in that work while it was still on the drawing board?
Looks real good. But I think you should repaint the back of the boots. They have statues at BBTS of Lobo that have the boots black and the straps brown.
i really like your way of sculpturing your action figure in that amount of precise details work as your planning to sell them in the first place. got the same lobo figure from mc farlane toys - as i saw you now resculpturing und painting it, i will do it kind of likewise :DDD. you'v got my subcription especially for those beautiful vids of: „Customizing Live - Lobo McFarlane DC Multiverse Custom (...)“ and „Customizing Live - Clown 2.0 - McFarlane Toys Spawn (...)“.
WTF!? You resculped the head it came with… that’s insanely awesome and looks much better than the garbo it came with. The original hair was terrible in every way 😂 Mad skills, wish mine came like this 👍
@@VADtoys Your video led me down a rabbit hole of watching custom paint jobs on this figure too. I hadn’t realized how many details where missed or painted wrong when I got it. I had just shrugged at its averageness and tossed it to the back of a shelf to be forgotten.
I know you did the vid a year ago, can I just ask what was the silver paint you used? I've recently bought lobo and would like to customise the paint work abit
Looks great, but I think darkening the jeans AFTER you highlighted it didn't quite work for me. I think the highlights left alone were best. As for the rest, it's awesome! I love the headsculpt, not gonna lie, it reminds me of the Justice League Death of Superman Lobo. I can hear Brad Garrett's distinct Lobo voice in my head, just looking at him. Wonder Woman: "YOU'RE no Superman!" Lobo: "The LADIES say DIFFERENT . . . "
It was sort of an attempt to make the highlights blend a bit better into the rest of it but I agree that it was definitely more obvious without the wash. I might go back and revisit it as some point, I also did paint the back of the boots after I uploaded the video.

The Lemmy beard is Lobo’s definitive look.
Bro you killed this... crazy impressive how you made it look better than the storm... just wow... this is coming from somebody who passed on this because I have the storm... slayed this sheesh
That head re-sculpt is amazing
Dude..seriously..who would think this looks like crap..this looks freaking awesome
Now I cant unsee Lobo looking like a cheap Buffy or Dusk til Dawn vampire. Thanks a lot.
You can blame Robo at TheFwoosh for that lol
SoOoOoooo much better!!! Lobo is my fave and it's good to see him studly like he's supposed to.
Holy F! ... So much better. You killed it.
Total transformation, Looks awesome
So good. The sculpt is tight
Love this! And you are correct the love you put into a custom always makes a figure hold a special place in your heart ❤️
I thank it looks absolutely amazing....
Something with so simple changes and it looks legit as fuh!

Eeeey thanks for the nice comment! Hope you'll enjoy your new stay here as a subscriber!
Coolest DC character ever! They don’t call him the “Main Man” for nothing 😎
This man is literally an artist.
New details look great

11:16 "I really like how big and meaty it is."
That's what she said.
I'm sorry.
Amazing job! The head reminds of Rob Zombie 👌
That turned out rad
Great video! I love your idea for attaching the chain and I actually just used it when I repainted my Lobo video, so thanks!
Now that's the main man
That's very inspiring
Awesome! I’m glad!
Dude it looks great

Phenomenal? I love that lol thank you!
@@VADtoys Of course! Keep up the spectacular work!
That's fraggin awesome 👌
Fraggin awesome.
Subbed.

Hey you're welcome! I honestly don't really know the difference between the clays, I've just stuck with milliput lol
Would you ever make a series of custom heads for people who want to buy that figure but replace the head with your custom made one. You could do a limited series on a eBay or Etsy listing because I would love to that this version?
I would pay a mint for one of these heads. its a 100% improvement.
Maybe not rhat much but i would order one up!
I would order a custom lobo head off you too 👍
So dope!!! Congrats!!!
Nice Custom I Like This Head
Damn, now I really wish he showed up locally. DC Lemmy looks awesome, just needs a pair of moles on the cheek and a black cowboy hat.

Amazing work as usual man!
This looks great! I really like the new hair. I think I will give mine a real chain.
So much better! 👏
It takes some work to get a McF figure from OK to great. So you have to wonder, why didn't they put in that work while it was still on the drawing board?
because Mcfarlane is in over his head with the master DC figures license and it shows in most of his figures.
You did such a great job and I think i'm gonna switch to using Milliput instead of Green Stuff . Thanks again 4 the video
You're welcome 😊 I heard both clays have different properties though, one is better than the other for certain things and vice versa.
Nicely done on this Lobo custom. He looks more badass than ever.

Hey thanks! It's really hard for me to think about selling something like this so that's why I'm usually quite picky with commissions lol
😃(Hulk Hogan) could've been a better Lobo!😆 / 👍Amazing work on him! / (A+) I hope Mcfarlane likes your idea!💡
What size did you use for the metal chain?
The rendering is very good
you think you can shorten the 3 jokers batman and batgirl like you did with the select colossus and PS4 Spider-man?
Amazing!
awesome dude
13:39 that’s what she said
Great video, figure looks 10× better! What kind of clay did you use to sculpt Logo's face??
I used Milliput clay!
Woow very good
Este si párese lobo (lo digo por qué yo conozco a lobo por la serie animada de Superman)
Wow, that is really perfect! this original head for the McFarlane Lobo bothers me so much.
Love your channel bro
Love the positivity, thanks a bunch! I really appreciate it
What paint color did you use on his chin? I’m having a hard time matching the body color 😅
I don’t know specifically but it was definitely a mix. It probably helps that the rest of his skin was drybrushed too
WTF!? You resculped the head it came with… that’s insanely awesome and looks much better than the garbo it came with. The original hair was terrible in every way 😂 Mad skills, wish mine came like this 👍
Thanks man! This is def one of my favorite customs!

Great video! Where did you get the chain from, just curious.
It was just laying around in a box, I think it has something to do with gardening lol
I know you did the vid a year ago, can I just ask what was the silver paint you used? I've recently bought lobo and would like to customise the paint work abit
Heya! It's just Vallejo Silver.
@VADtoys thank you, your lobo looks awesome, the chain is really effective. Thank you
Gnarly 👍🏽
If you don’t mind me asking. But what color and brand did you use for his face to match his skin tone on the rest of his body
I use Vallejo paints and it was probably just your average mix of white and grey
Now he looks like Lemmy lol
Oh this guy...
Lobo the Alien Biker Dude who thinks he strong as Superman...
Honestly truthfully I would love Lobo to kick Superman's ass ..
❤️❤️❤️

U can do this with A Conan & He Man figures
🤟🏾
You missed the leg wraps
Already done
@@VADtoysalright cool
I meant the straps still being blue instead of being black or dark brown
Looks like Lemmy wirh steroids , i love it..
I like the stock head better
quagmire Lobo 😢
The chin is a bit too big.
