If they say something I don’t like I just either leave or ignore it. Music is music… and it’s great to enjoy music together. Never mind the idiots 😊
I used to wear band merch in my college years and when I started in my animation career i wore my favorite animation character merch. Then, maybe in my late thirties and early 40s up to now that I am a bit older, maybe as old or older than you are, I just don't use myself as a billboard anymore...for anything. Not even bumper stickers. It's just me feeling that it's no ones business what I like or stand for. If I need to get an opinion across or share my belief it will be during conversation or discord if you will. People can wear what they want or not wear what they want. Politics now a days has been made to be very divisive and so up front in peoples lives that they feel the need to put what they stand for everyone to see and then aren't willing to just have civil discussion. It's unlikely that any of it will change a persons stance one way or another. If there's any chance that I will be a billboard again, it will be for The Warning.
I am not offended and you certainly have the right to wear whatever shirt you want. I am opposed to the message behind the shirt. But I'll live with it.
Here's to all the people with different opinions and we're still friends because we are ADULTS. There is probably not one person on the planet I agree with about everything...and that's okay.
We just engaged in a video call with a bunch of friends who were somewhat traumatized by the recent election, while we were not. But at the end of the day, we all agreed that we can still be friends and have different opinions, and still be civil with each other and in fact love each other. It's simple, really. Just be a friggin' _human being_ . Civility - it's a thing.
Wear what you like or want.. we need to go back to when people had a backbone and didn’t get offended by everything. No need to apologize, if what you wore was offensive to some then, we’re better off without those overly sensitive people. People need to respect their other people’s political views/beliefs or whatever you want to call it. If some doesn’t share in those beliefs/view that’s fine but let’s be adults here and grow some ⚽️ ⚾️ s !! More of The Warning please and be you and do you… I hadn’t subscribed yet but now I’m definitely subscribing!
I don't think I've *ever* noticed the clothes people are wearing when watching these types of videos. So, no worries on my account at least. You do you; it's all good. 😋
I don’t believe anyone who says that they are “offended” by something like a political t-shirt etc. Unfortunately these days there are idiots who think that “not liking something” is the same as being “offended” and then they throw that word around like childish brats. I will say though that I did find it odd to say “I don’t want to make it a political channel” while wearing the t-shirt. Anyway, all the best 👍🏻
Anyone who constantly apologizes for their existence and their actions shows that they are very torn inside and at odds with themselves. You are who you are and not someone who has to apologize for being who you are. You have a right to be who you are. Dan Vasc couldn't have put it better. Your words are heard, 👍
