My mom used to make this for my sisters and me and always was amazingly delicious but once in awhile my grandma used to treated us with hers and man that one was really out of this world, she used to put a secret ingredient that it will make taste so much different and better : a small cup of sweet red wine. We were so little and silly to think we’re drinking wine 😂 but really add so much different taste and of course she used to make for me with extra raisins because I do love those. Good old days with my sisters and family.

Yes, you can definitely add more milks to give more flavor. This isn’t necessarily a Puerto Rican version so that’s why I didn’t use them.
