I'm from Canada and I'm looking forward to trying this. My grandma used to use apples because none of her grandchildren liked raisins. Hopefully it will work with this recipe, any alterations you think I should make for this change?
From Northern New South Wales Australia. Been making crepes for almost 70 years and mine are pretty good . This recipe is slightly different / method etc . Like the idea of added butter and not having to grease the pan . Will give it a try next time the kids / grandkids are home ! ( maybe room temp eggs ? ) Merci 🌷

Coconut milk taste comparatively different. So fresh milk gives best pudding taste.

We use puff pastry or croissants instead of toast and also cream is added to the milk and baked in the oven ..very delicious 😋

To me it's to much Sugar..
The Cardamon gives a nice Flavour
Don't know about The Pepper.
