Can't wait to see what the future of Pusha and Clipse offers!

Really wish they didn’t turn Fear Of God into FOG II. The original FOG was insane. My God, Cook It Down, Alone In Vegas, Open Your Eyes, Blow, Money On My Mind, Can I Live, Feeling Myself… so many shots landing and the videos were great especially Alone In Vegas and Open Your Eyes. To be honest, what makes the newer projects better is FOCUS. I think that having KanYe in the picture keeps Pharrell from being TOO experimental (which both helped And hurt The Clipse as a group). A lot of hardcore artists faced this problem… Mobb Deep with their R&B hook singles and, even moreso, Jadakiss with all those dirty south and west coast singles it made his albums sound disjointed

Respect!...great video and very informative. I've watch Hip-hop grow from the days of spontaneous block parties in New York public parks during the '80s and definitely after the launch of Adelphi University's WBAU. I even remember how hard it was to play a Public Enemy tape in my father's cutlass supreme and the first time I heard a Nas snippet over the speakers at the Shea stadium during 7th-ining stretch.
I appreciate this video and it is refreshing to open my eyes and ears to an artist I always respected. Thanks for the knowledge and I am a new subscriber to your content. Peace.

Too Short has been making money in rap since 1982! He's someone you need to do a story on.

Curren$y deserves one of these. Very similar to Pusha T in regards of content staying similar but the man's hustle is unmatched by this new generation. He's got Master P hustle for the 2000s.

Push and Royce are two rappers I constantly bring up in conversation but always get pushed back the hardest. Push is king, the argument "he's only tapped about coke for 20+ years" is half true, but he flips it so much it sounds fresh every time. He also killed drake and is battle tested. Deffo deserves his flowers 🌹

I wonder if Pusha will associate with Kanye moving forward, it would be very awkward.. Maybe time to call up Pharrell again lol. Would also love to hear him work with the alchemist or hit boy

I’ve been listening to push since 2000 he’s been rapn street shit before T.I. ,Gucci, Jeezy. And they never really get the credit they deserve I’ve seen him twice in concert and you always puts on a good show stapler hip-hop! Him and Fabolous are one of the very few artisan hip-hop who have stayed the same and evolved at the same time and I feel like that really gets unnoticed

So true what was said at the end. That's why Royce 5'9" has been making music as long as Eminem, but only started getting truly noticed since his Slaughterhouse group and Bad meets Evil duo album with Em. And his albums only got better and better, just like Pusha T. Glad these dudes get their flowers nowadays.
