Bit of an odd racing game honestly. The game just has one tournament with 6 tracks and opens up another tournament with only 2 tracks upon completion. There's loads of different cars to unlock and to choose from and the difficulty can be set anywhere from stupid easy to literally impossible. All of this makes me feel like the game just didn't have much going for and simply wanted to appeal to any Hot Wheels fan. You get some tracks to play on and some cars to play with but besides that it feels a little empty. Unfortunately the licensed music in this track had to be muted due to copyright, so it's mostly just engine sounds here.
I once had this game on PS1. Fun game, and Twin Mill is so overpowered. This is actually what introduced do Hot Wheels as a kid, though I already had toy cars. I miss those times...
This was actually my first playstation game along with Spyro. My mom made sure she also got my brother and I a multiplayer game for Christmas with our PS1. God such great times an memories playing this listening to Fuel from Metallica lol
Nice video and thanks for uploading this too! I don't have this particular racing game, but I may have heard of it before and it seems really cool as well.
omg i remember this game i had it on N64 definitely a weird racing game those colorful tracks is what it made odd for me. it was a bit fun but after a while i got bored of it fast at least for me. this game if i remember correctly i got it at a flea market because stores weren't selling N64 games anymore because of the PS2, Xbox and Game Cube the new generation of consoles back then. so this game was one of if not the last game i bought for N64 before i switched and got the PS2.

Somebody should make a Rom hack where all of its licenced music gets replaced with Copyright free original music.

Power Pipes is pretty cool and all, but why is it called that actually?
