This is really Nice but Honestly we have a 4 Bedroom 2 Story house with 4 Car Garage and Upstairs storage in Garage, With A Full unfinished Basement ready for another Bedroom,, and Another Laundry room plus plenty of room for more, a Downstairs Master Bedroom with walk in Closet, and Bathroom , Big Kitchen, Into Dining room, into Livingroom, Half Bath that cost us half as much as this!
Love the screen porch. First thing I'd do is get rid of the handles on the kitchen cabinets. I can see myself running into them constantly. Otherwise, very pretty.
I like the tour and understood where everything was. The extra arch upstairs makes a huge difference. $429k is a lot however. That’s about $859/sf not including land.
This is not a tiny house, and at over $400,000, it completely defeats the whole purpose of going tiny. A tiny house is supposed to be under 400 Sq. ft. and at the top footage a $100,00 would be considered too much unless you had to notch furniture and appliances. About 50-60,000 would be top for me.
Not sure why anyone would spend that kind of money on a tiny house. The reason for down sizing is to be more cost effective; that by no means is cost effective!!!
If its a turnkey operation/furnished and all then $400,000. Is not outrageous. You cant buy a condo for that price in the trees. Not a concrete jungle!
Not at all a tiny home...looks more as those called À frame home. I stayed once at one A frame house and the inside is similar to the one shown on this video. Very beautiful perhaps.

It's beautiful. Calm and soothing. The video is rather poorly done. Too much with the fancy transitions. No walk-through, so exactly how the lay-out flows is lost.
Video was very deceptive. Showed a small house and called it a tiny house. It isn't. The last shot of the exterior was huge. Price $429,000!!! Not for a tiny house. While the video was entertaining, with the movements of the rooms, sideways, etc., there was no way to tell where the rooms were located. Also, what is the square footage of the house? It is a beautiful house, and I could live in it comfortably, but, like I said, where and how are the rooms located? And, what size where the rooms? Just flipping from one room to the next was not very informative. Also, what was upstairs? Was that the bedroom(s), or what? Whoever decorated the interior did a great job with the colors.
The outside of this house doesn't match the inside layout. There are two windows right next to each other on the inside, on each side of the living area. On the outside, it shows a single door with no windows up next to it. It also makes it look on the outside like it has a basement. Maybe it's a big crawl space or storage area, but still, the inside/outside looks like different houses. 🤔
This house is beautiful but not really a tiny house which is 500 sq ft or less. This house looks around 800 sq ft. For $400,000 why not buy a small house with 950 to 1200 sq ft?
