I like that she knew herself well enough to do the things that would make her happy in the home. The mircrocement, the all white decor with touches of gold, and the plants bringing in a break in the white. The land she rents is gorgeous! It's hard to believe she's just 15 minutes from "civilization"! 😊 This was a fantastic video!
This is definitely a new favorite. How is this minimalist? She has fridge, ac, full size shower, a good size kitchen, and every thing that is their in normal home. Only thing different is that all the stuff are crammed in small space. True minimalism will come from giving up on those appliances.
Plenty of ways to introduce color and still keep the walls (blank canvas) white. Even as it is now there is an abundance of green whether inside or out.
Lovely home...just a word of warning about the closeness to the water. Looking at the drone shots I reckon that the home is on a floodplain and therefore she needs to seriously look at historic water levels over the past 100 years. The last thing you want is for your tiny home to be become a tiny boat!!
I just love this tiny home. The micro cement is a work of art in itself. I love the clean lines and smooth surfaces that look easy to keep clean. The setting she’s in looks like Monet’s water lilies but in real life. lol. Sirius and the kitties are living their best lives too. So awesome. ❤❤❤
Wow! Nixie has such a distinct minimalist aesthetic. I love her uncompromising designs, not settling for anything in her space that she doesn't find aesthetically pleasing, as well as insisting on that which she does. Good on her!
I love how self-assured she is, her strong boundaries and preferences, and how she accepts credit and compliments. Her personality seems so no-nonsense and the minimalist styling seems complimentary. This design style isn’t for everyone, but I think it’s gorgeous! Good for her!
All the white could easily feel cold and uninviting. But it doesn’t!!! I love that everything is hidden in the kitchen, including the frig. The plants are perfect for using as decor. Very nice🌸
Yeah I didn't really understand the way she kept referring to things as "natural". Not much in this build gave me "natural" vibes at all. But it is a very beautiful home!
amazing is one way to describe it - she hasn’t been there a year yet - would like to know how she feels about living without screens after a year or two 🤷♀️
I'd need more bookshelves, but I love the design, and it's always a good sign to hear that the only change someone would make is space for more plants!

She has quite a simple house but feels luxurious. I love how she fills the void with the plants and the white color, giving a spacious place. And, ah! I love the wallpaper in your bedroom! It's eye-catching, and really suits your house! The big window which is letting the sun breathe into your house, omg I can describe how much homie it is. Really love it!

Love the white interior! As an interior designer, my favorite kitchens and baths, at least for myself, are always white. As an artist I like some pieces on the walls, though. Love the strip lights on the stairs and that white microcement. The puppy is adorable. My pup's name is Sirius too❤
the fact that the driving force for the design choices is "nothing ugly" and i fully support that. love how u don't see the stairs from the living room/entrance/kitchen =] the arch in the corridor is perfect with the bathroom mirror 👌🏻
A very interesting location - but gave me more questions than answers!! Difficult access road, flooding during rainy season, mosquitoes - all rather disquieting!! And I could not work out the layout for the staircase! Minor observations about a stunning house.
The mozzies were the first thing I thought of with that location, as beautiful as it is. Her future decking probably needs to be conservatory style with fly screen doors and appropriate bug mesh for protection to eleviate that and gravel needs to be put down on that driveway to prevent it from becoming a mud pool. Apart from that, it's a very nice home for her. The design was well thought out for her individual preferences and needs.

A very soothing and calming house in an idyllic setting. Well, except maybe for the road in! It would be a lovely place for a peaceful, restful getaway. My own home would need a bit more of the "comforts of home", but this sounds like it is perfect suited to Nexie's idea. How wonderful to be so young, so clear about what you want, and be able to fulfill your dreams!

Great design, lighting and all those windows giving natural light for her plants. I’ve been a tiny house follower for 10+ years. Beautiful home! I think I’ve seen every one of your videos and I often wonder how people find it living in the middle of nowhere alone. I think I’d get spooked, especially at night. Every little snapped twig would keep me awake wondering if there was someone outside! I love the idea of living out in nature away from the city, but not sure I’d be brave enough!

Interesting Judging by the aquatic vegetation, the depth there is not at all great, so this reservoir does not carry any danger
Plus if you know a flood is coming you can just move your whole house with you. Bonus.

Beautiful home! I think I’ve seen every one of your videos and I often wonder how people find it living in the middle of nowhere alone. I think I’d get spooked, especially at night. Every little snapped twig would keep me awake wondering if there was someone outside! I love the idea of living out in nature away from the city, but not sure I’d be brave enough!
This is one of the most proper minimalist tiny houses I've seen ! The white on white makes it all the better. Very good psychologically all the way around! Well done !

I really like the minimal aesthetic, the curves, the absence of 'extra and irrelevant'. I can feel how relaxing the space is. Very inspired!
