Called in an order the other day and I always ask who I’m placing the order with and this time, it happened to be Tony, which gave me an opportunity to thank him personally for making available all the parts you need to keep them alive. Way to go Tony!
Love Wolfsburg west. My go to whenever I need a part for my much loved ‘69 beetle I’ve had since I was a teen! WW quality is as good as original VW parts. If I can’t get genuine VW I get WW! Nice to hear the story and see behind the scenes.
Great Tour video of my Favorite place to shop for my vintage VWs. I had the privilege of a tour from Carla last year during my visit to Southern California. Wolfsburg West has some Top Tier people working there, they know their parts and know VWs. Will not go anywhere else. 😁
Wolfsburg West is a goldmine we have VW Heritage in the UK with other parts specialist like Coolair I'd love to start up in business with these Aircooled VW's as a former apprentice BMW dealer trained during the 90's I feel in myself I have something to give having built a beach buggy years ago with my brother but I lack welding skills as we don't have any california sun and have the dreaded tin worm to deal with
Great video eddy! This is my go to place for parts! I even rang them from my cell phone from the uk to order a wiring loom for my 69 early bay, at a cost of £46 to call them! Great guys and very helpful. I get my stuff from Schofields near me who are the biggest uk stockist of WW parts here in the uk. I do believe they have just received their biggest order from them recently, to date too.this is the best company for top quality spares, over any other company in my opinion.
Man nice to share such greatness I have ordered from them several times and they are the fastest when it comes to shipping they have there 💩 in order there..hehehehe. Thanks for sharing..
Glad you liked it! And yes, it’s very fun to share greatness like that. I think it sheds a whole new light for some people when they realize that it’s not just some big company taking your money and sending you something. Instead, it’s a family run business filled with VW enthusiasts just like you and me.
I remember Wolfsburg west passing out catalogs at the intershows. The NEW Wolfsburg west. They had a location that was closer than west coast metrics. I needed some wheel cylinders for a bus. so I went and Rich and Tony were there in Anaheim. near Tustin avenue. Went to BFY first to get some NOS beetle parts then to Wolfsburg west. Not far apart
I remember those days. It doesn’t seem like it was that long ago until you actually start doing the math. It’s always a good feeling though to actually hear the same voices over the phone for so many years.
Thank you Tony for Wolfsburg West, you guys are great to work with and I look forward to many more years of you keeping me in 1963 Beetle parts.
Thanks to Tony for keeping it going, and the tremendous quality! WW floor pans are perfect!! ✅!

Very kind of you. It’s amazing how a few seconds of time taken to show gratitude can go such a long way for years to come. 👍
Nice job Eddy - really fun to hear Tony’s story and see how WW has grown so successfully with Tony’s attention to detail.
It’s a great story.
I've always had good luck with the parts, that I got form these people. They have been so helpful. Nice folks.
Love it!
Good to see where I order from 👍🏼👍🏼

And BFY yeah the whole scene city to city then ha.
Love everything they offer - just wish they would offer Type 3 parts.
I can only imagine the size of the warehouse they would need just to add that line.
Next project would be interesting have Denzel stuff.
@@afonsodomingos5625 🤔 how many Denzel models are still in existence?
Would Toy’s friend that worked on the Bonneville Salt Flats motor maybe have been Whitey Worsham ?
I’ll ask him today.
I asked him and it wasn’t
