- So finally Cookingwithdog came visit to my channel and ordered from RUNNY's! When I met Francis at Tokyo gathering on June 2011. Francis just told me that they were going to order one day (Of course we talked in dog launguage. I can speak dog language.lol ) I was really surprised what I heard. I never expected this would happen to my channel. I've been making cooking videos with abstracting several good points from their videos as you can see. I can never get the same quality as them but they still help me a lot for making videos. I think every one of you guys have already known them but if not, please go check them out. You will see authentic awesome Japanese recipes on their channel.
ついにあのcookingwithdogさんが当方のチャンネルに遊びに来てくれました。2011年6月のTH-cam東京集会でフランシスさんと再会し、犬語で会話していたところ、フランシスさんがオーダーをしてくれる事になりました。まさかオーダーしてくれるとは思ってなっかったので普通に驚きました。当方はCWDさんのビデオを参考にさせていただいてるので、恐縮でしたが断る理由なんぞありっこない。はりきってTH-camの仲間に声掛けまくって一つのコラボレーションビデオにする企画にしました。時間はかかりましたが、終始楽しくビデオ製作できたのもcookingwithdogさん筆頭に協力してくれたTH-camの仲間のおかげです。本当にありがとうございました。あ、それとHIKAKINさんもいつか遊びに来てくれますよ～。イントロ凄いよ！

Ingredients for 4 - 5 croquettes
- White cream sauce -
: 2.5 tbsp flour
: 30g butter
: 200ml milk
: 50- 80g crab meat
: 80 - 100g onion (minced)
: 2 tbsp white wine
: Flour
: Beaten egg
: Panko

You can put anything you like inside such as sweet corn. Crab is a bit expensive here. That red king crab I used in this video cost almost 30 dollars!

OMG!! This completely blew my mind! I just discovered CookingWithDog last week and watched a hundred of those videos, then I discovered RunnyRunny today and watched a million of his videos and now they're both mushed together on one video! I just love how sincere Runnyrunny is. It makes me want to support him all the more.
Word of caution though! Make sure the crab has cooled down before placing it in the freezer. Warm/hot food (especially meat) placed suddenly in cool places tend to harden more (or become a little less soft and tender).

you and cooking with dog are my favourite cooking channels. Totally great in completely different ways. Cooking with dog as a lot of technique tips but I love the comedy and down to earth nature of this channel too.

yeah.. I heard about cookingwithdog in youtube channel and had checked their videos. the thing that I like from runnyrunny999 is he cooks Japanese dish in simple way and otherwise for cooking with dog. they use complete and better Japanese utensils and some more they seem using better and high-quality ingredients . that's why I like runnyrunny99 channel more since I am a gaijin who live in tokyo now. I'd like to use cheap ingredients and I also have limited japanese utensils to cook here as well.
Made this twice already. Love the outcome; it tasted very good and delicious :) I altered a few things: adding cornstarch to thicken it, adding basil to the white sauce. Other than that, yum yum yum!
