In this video I replace the screen on the Samsung Note 8 cell phone. This phone had alot of red burn in background. The apps were permanently burned in on every screen you flipped to. The only way to fix this is to replace both the display and the glass.

i've been a Note guy since the beginning. stopped updating Note devices since my beloved Note8. It still does all the shit i need.
today my Note8 screen cracked falling off a table.
Now i did my ebay, and found out the screen sellers are to bargain their 'ancient' note8 inventory out.

The glass can be replaced for cheap, but the process is difficult and prone to failure, particularly on curved displays such as this one.

You need machines and experience to do glass only repair. In your case buy the whole display screen with the frame. Much easier that way.
