Hey, Mr. Meza, First of all, I want to say this is one of the best videos on cell phone repairs I've seen on all of TH-cam. Thank you. Secondly, I'm repairing a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (a few of them actually) but I'm having a hard time taking off the screws. Do you have any tips? I don't wanna keep trying and inadvertently stripping the screws.

I think you forgot the prism for the flash on the old back.... It's needed on the new back. Also the thermal pads should probably be moved over too. Otherwise great video!

Not a bad video and I have a few issues with it but the biggest issue of all is you said you would put a link for parts in your description. You gladly put a link for tools, heat gun and your courses. I bet you get money for the link to Amazon but not the parts and thats why you didn't put those in the description. I am sore I waisted time watching your video just to find put there are no link for parts. Thanks a lot bro for no help

I have a question: Have you ever had an issue with the front camera. I'm getting a warning message that the camera failed. I checked under the motherboard, and everything is connected. I hope you can help me. This is my first S23 Ultra 5G screen replacement, I did a Note 20 Ultra 5G before with no problems. I was told by a repair shop that the phone has to be recalibrated by Samsung??? Have you heard of this before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Home freezer does not work. Doesn't get cold enough. The way screen refurbishing works now is the heat and wire method. Nobody uses the freezer technique anymore.
Have you ever tried using nah oem screen replacements?? Do they work as well??
The Aftermarket ones that are $120 cheaper, suck.
And the screen isn't the 6.9 inches, but smaller 6.7 for those cheap ones

Samsung board swap in the most easiest repair, even my 13 yrs son can do a better job much like u... its so easy i can do blindfold...
So I do this and change thebattery. On my last second scraping the old glue away from the back cove I crack the back cover. LOL.
You can buy a back cover from Ebay. Probably around $15
cost 500 usd to repair ??? why would you do it when a used good condition ultra cost only 300 usd now.????
Obviously this video is older, back when the Note was still worth money, nobody in their right mind would pay someone to fix one of these phones today.
This phone still sells $1k new and $400-$700 used

Hello, after samsung s7 all samsungs is the same method for repair. open on the backglass. The repair is easy job but the problem on samsungs are the screen, too expensive, mostly people on USA choose buy a new one.
There are people that do and people that don't. There are people that think its expensive to pay $100 for an iPhone screen while someone else will think it's perfectly fine. I would say it's easier to charge for more expensive things in general, it doesn't matter what product or service you offer, in better neighborhoods.
A well maintained phone can last for years. And also all the settings, Routine automations and customization already done on the current phone to suit our lifestyle. A new Samsung flagship Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G (512GB/12GB RAM) cost SGD1,400. An original Samsung Note 20 Ultra replacement screen from Aliexpress cost S$290. So for me it is more cost effective to repair 😆
