Just by watching this video doesn't make you play the guitar in 1 hour. This video is not for beginners literally. This video is made for the people who can actually play guitar. Really good tutorial, I liked the tabs and explanation and also having the finished song at the start is good to hear how it sounds when played normal speed
Oh it's normal to not have it up to speed just yet :D After all you're learning someone else's style, so your mind take a while to adjust. I'd just focus on the core melody, and then add in the accented strums, passing notes etc. later on.

To learn any types of finger style songs you need to repeat each measure until you feel comfortable each measure and move to another measure.

ugh... you dont need a capo for this as long as you're in standard tuning... What is your point?
