Beginning a Yoga practice can often be difficult for me along with working and taking care of my home, I am a college student who suffers from Scoliosis, ADHD, and Depression. Yoga is something I try to prioritize doing once a day and though I am not always successful, I know I can always look forward to a practice with you. Good morning. Thanks so much for the shorts. They are very helpful for the issues that plague. There are times when the knees are inflamed and bending can be challenging, 🎉but the short stretch is heaven sent. Thanks

Great quick class to just stretch it out. I sunk into skandasana and leaned to the bent knee side and lengthen the side body further and it felt fantastic. Feel a hankering for frog pose after this class. Thank you!
My first routine with you, Charlie, and I am in awe of your calm, friendly energy No music or unnecessary words - you are simply a diamond I did this stretch after a strength workout and feel absolutely wonderful now Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Charlie!

Hi, You are such a great inspiration for me. I have been doing yoga daily for for 1 month now. And I am following your videos. But I just wanted to ask if doin yoga daily helps I fat loss. Because I have a little belly fat and arm fat. So is doing yoga alone helpful in reducing fat?
Practicing Yoga will definitely help to tone the muscles in the body and as a result of this fat turns to muscle so you could say it helps with fat loss :)
