Seems Mighty is generally disliked, most likely due to his abilities and speed not being very speedrunner friendly.

Unfortunately Mighty is liked the least, I tried playing him but not only does he feel heavy, he's slow. I prefer Tails he's always been my all time fav

Mighty and ray are both as fast as tails and slower than sonic and the only difference is their abilities

Because there are sections in this game where the IGT stops but you still have control over your character and have to finished the section. For example: The IGT freezes after you finished CP2 but Puyo is also part of the run.
