I just made this cake following your recipe. I felt so satisfied when the batter was all prepared to go to oven but sadly electricity went off a minute before I could put the batter in. Immediately rushed to the kitchen to make it in stove which took some time. It was an hour yet my cake wasnt fully baked in stove then when the current came, I shifted it in the oven and within 5 mins it was done. Due to shifting and change in temperature my cake didnt maintain It's raised height. But this cake is hands down the best vanilla cake I ever made. It's so yummy itself without frosting. I'm gonna bake it once more in oven asap. Thanks for the recipe. 💕

Could u tell the difference in this cake? It seems as same as the other process where we add yolks in the white mixture. Ingredients are quite same except cornflour.

I think you add Excessive Milk , that's why. it's not Fluffy.
