    Hi Özlem, I see that you beat your eggs and sugar with a spoon. Is it OK if I use a beater?

      @OzlemWarren  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, yes you can, I would beat it lightly, until all is combined - afiyet olsun

    Thank you for your lovely recipe, Özlem. I used two flax eggs and soy yogurt and it turned out great. Everyone enjoyed it! I just finished making your recipe for aubergines, lentils and peppers cooked in olive oil. It's in the oven right now. I have no doubt that it will be wonderful! Take care of you!

    I am definitely going to try that recipe this weekend. In the video the cake came out of the oven with a beautiful colour all over it...evocative of the Mediterranean sunshine!

    Thank you for the lovely recipe. Can you share with us how it's made in Turkey because you mentioned you make it different from home. Many thanks

    • @OzlemWarren
      @OzlemWarren  4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Many thanks for your kind note, you are most welcome. The only difference between my Revani and how it's made at home is that it is generally sweeter in Turkey, so more sugar added to the syrup. I like it less sweet and a bit lemony, if you prefer, you can add more sugar to yours, afiyet olsun.
