The Odd Eye on Heejin is not new, it appeared on Hi High and I read a theory that by being the first one to “arrive” to the world she created the LOONAVERSE

The crown may have also been a reference to their participation in Queendom 2,(congrats to WJSN btw) that they don't need a crown to be complete and prefer a sword because they are "fighting," as it were. They also don't look antagonistic to the "queen" as they knight her, a sign of respect. Heejin's color isn't white per se, her color is the combination of both extreme ends of the light spectrum. Her color is specified as "Bright Pink" she's given the "bright" modifier to specify that it's lumosity and thus a reference to the light spectrum. Bright pink in terms of light is a combination of red and violet, meaning heejin represents the full color spectrum. It's why she has a rainbow fractal over her eye in her MV. Her odd eye being white further represents the concept that Heejin is all (if you add all the colors together you get white light). Hyejoo being black/silver is the absence of color (silver is a form of grey), the absence of light.
