Hi Rick I love all your recipes.and been making them for family and they love them too.could you please give us the recipe for making egg roll wrappers?the Asian supermarket only sell them i large frozen packs that you can’t re freeze. Thanks

I lived in Japan for 4 years. I learned a lot during that time. One thing I retained from those days is...somehow, chop sticks make this kind of food taste better. I don't know if they make you eat slower, or maybe just one piece at a time. Even if you are shyte at using them, somehow this is true :) This is a good recipe, thanks Rik.
Really nice,I’m going to try one,or more of these beef recipes the next time I go shopping,as I don’t have any beef suitable for these dishes you are showing.Do you know how the Chinese cook pork kidneys,I buy them from Chinese supermarket, but cook with a wine cream, mustard type sauce,I would like to try an Asian style recipe,if you have any thoughts on that.Thanking you.😊

Another mouth watering dish 😋🤤 i have a request do you know of any recipes that include bamboo shoots and snow peas, because a very long time ago my mom bought some frozen dishes that includes these two items and I was hooked because it was labeled stir fry but you had to boil the bag from a warehouse club and the other item they had was polish dogs again delicious also.
Hello Rik, a Brit living in America. Love your recipes I was wondering if I could substitute chicken for beef in this recipe? Failing that do you have Chinese recipe using chicken. Thank you!
