i was watching something elese when i got the notiff and dropped everything and head up here! Oh my, he's now promoting his 3rd mini- album and there are a lot of content guys! Hope you go thru with this video- his audition song that he sang a snippet of called Expectation (which was the name of his 2nd album) and the duet he did with the host Lee Mu Jin who is also a very good singer with a totally different style their duet is really beautiful. I see other recommendations here and I would like to echo them. he's got epic duets: rewrite the Stars and Love Wins All. There are a lot but Im just recommending these two for now because they are highest on my list. I started liking Kyungsoo as an actor (He's excellent at it that's why he's multi awarded) ut I fell in love with him as a singer. Can you belive it, 12 years in the industry and he;s just launching his solo career. There are people even in Korea who knew him better as an actor and are quite shocked when they learn he can sing like this. Incidentally, he also covered Perfect by Ed Sheeran. What can i say, its indeed perfect. Highest praise coming from you guys: whenever I listen to DO i want to practice. Wow. Thank you.

I'm one of the gospel readers at our church, and having a good tune is very important in preaching the word of God. I can relate to Chase saying that if you're trying hard, it results in inconsistencies, which is why I'm always disappointed at the end. It feels like an eye-opener to me because he's right. When I've tried to change my voice to fit the feelings I need to convey, my voice cracks or changes, especially during a long read, and the result is worse than what I expected. Lesson learned: I don't need to change my voice, just lean on what I've got, and polish my pronunciation and intonation. Also, it's really true that listening to Kyungsoo inspires me. The way he talks is so calm that I want to apply it when I'm reading in front of churchgoers. But it's so hard to be calm when nervous in front of the crowd because it's so obvious in the microphone that you're nervous. So all I can do is practice 100 times. Thank you for these voice lessons. I'm looking forward to IU and Kyungsoo's 'Love Wins All' reaction, Kyungsoo's 'Rewrite the Stars' and Exo's Dingo Killing Voice.
