Sharks customer service is actually really good. I’ve had to call about my vacuum before, and they took care of it and sent me a vacuum 3 years later. Definitely worth it.

I made the best guilt free M & M cookie bars. No sugar, no butter. When you were diving fork first into those desserts I was thinking…. yep, gotta make your aunts carrot cake again soon. GIRL. I FEEL YA on the dang humidity! I’m down here in Houston, TX & it’s BRUTAL! 😅 like not only is it 104° but add the humidity and the “feels like” is a whopping 110°😅😅
Kim!! I have a Shark and had the same issue. 2 ideas for you, one make sure the canister that collects all the crap is on there properly and fastened down tightly. And two, you may have to stick a hanger down the hose and the part the hose connects to to clear out any stuff that could be blocking the way! We have big dogs and the dog hair gets stuck so once every 6 months or so we have to clean out the innards. We take it outside in the evening when it's cooler and do it. Then it works like it's brand new again! Hope you see this and that it helps!

And I tend to invest in buying sturdy expensive high-end brands for electrical appliances, especially the ones that are used more often. So, a sisterly advice: splurge on your fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, blender, and stove. ❤ And my go to cleaner is Tide (hand washing) powder detergent!( we have two types of powder detergent for clothes in Iran; one for hand washing purposes and one for machine wash only) It makes EVERYTHING sparkly and squeaky clean. Floors, toilet, kitchen, car, windows, even it is safe for doing dishes.

If you call Shark, they will replace, or send you the part that is broken on your vacuum. Ive had a hand held vacuum crack and called them and they replaced it! Definitely worth the call. 😊
I thought I was adding curry powder once and dumped a bunch of ground fennel in. It was horrible but we ate it that night and threw the rest out. We liked fennel until then, but now we don't even want to smell fennel let alone eat it. Hopefully someday we'll be able to eat it again, probably not, but hope reigns supreme. We had an older shark that worked really well for about 4 years. When it broke we replaced it with another one (also from Costco) because we had loved the old one so much. We went through two in about six months, it was terrible! Costco was really good about just taking it back. We decided to upgrade to a Sebo vacuum that should last many many years and the cost equals out when we considered needing to replace our shark every few years. We have liked the Sebo.

Im using the next few days to get my life together because my girls start school on MONDAY! 👩🏫🎒✏️ Try taking the filters out of the vacuum and giving them a good clean! I have a cordless shark and when it starts being stupid, i have to take it apart, look in the stick part and make sure nothing is stuck, and i have to wash the filters. Hope this helps. ❤
Just a thought for the artists bedroom, get a office mat for underneath her desk and chair! It’ll protect the floor and probably be an even easier clean up.
For the couch pen disaster, a wet/damp magic eraser will remove it . But just try on a spot that you can’t see to make sure it doesn’t damage the finish

I had a shark for like 3 years and a pipe had literally rottet through and they had to send me a new part and for free. So great! It’s definitely worth a try.❤
The vacuum-CS is awesome usually. IME you might need to clean or replace the filters, clean the brush roll, clean the canister, and check the hose/pipe. Sharks can last forever but you have to keep up with maintenance to keep performance up.

I stopped using windex on my mirrors and windows. I would always have streaks. I switched to equal parts water/vinegar/rubbing alcohol. The shine is amazing and no more streaks!!! You should try it Kimberly!
Get ahold of Shark when we had issues with our very first vacuum with them they sent us a brand new one and we kept the old too and that one worked well enough for our garage car vacuum. We have had great customer service with them. I just bought the one you have last month and I love it - bought it for my upstairs vacuum so I didn't have to haul vacuums up and down.
Years ago I went through 3 Shark vacuums in 3 years. I broke down and invested in a top of the line Dyson it is now 13 years old and the suction power is still unbelievable.

Its my first year in 20 years of not having a kid in school. Its so odd not to be gearing up for that. We will still school supply shop to stock up on office and art supplies while they're cheap though. 😂

I stopped using windex on my mirrors and windows. I would always have streaks. I switched to equal parts water/vinegar/rubbing alcohol. The shine is amazing and no more streaks!!! You should try it Kimberly!

Get ahold of Shark when we had issues with our very first vacuum with them they sent us a brand new one and we kept the old too and that one worked well enough for our garage car vacuum. We have had great customer service with them. I just bought the one you have last month and I love it - bought it for my upstairs vacuum so I didn't have to haul vacuums up and down.

Years ago I went through 3 Shark vacuums in 3 years. I broke down and invested in a top of the line Dyson it is now 13 years old and the suction power is still unbelievable.
