    I did all while I was watching your video & is very challenging and loved it. I had fracture on my right shoulder 3 years ago and can’t reach the other hand from my back. I really love all the info and the knowledge you share with us. 🙏🙏🙏

    Quick question on the chair sit and reach, #4: Is it minus if you cannot reach your toes? So, +would be inches past your toes? My husband and I are having a discussion.

    I tried the behind the back stretch test. Bad idea. Both arms are locked in place back there. My grandson tickled me for 10 minutes. Not funny.
    Had to dial 911 with my toes holding a pencil. Can I get extra credit for this ?

    The woman I need to test can go from the sitting position on a chair or couch, but unable to go from standing to sitting or lay down on floor to get back up. Can you recommend what I should do?
