We are planning to live and explore the Indian Ocean from our sailboat. We did a refit of a TOSCA 36 and left Cape Town in October 2018. A large part of sailing is learning how to be adaptable and change plans - our biggest being our failed engine as we were making our way from Knysna to Port Elizabeth. Follow along as we figure out how to live with less.
Although its 4 years later it is good to see Baden again. I had a 33ft Peterson there and lived on board for 18 months great time in Simons town. I saw on the other episodes Paul Denett, Jeremy, Bruce really good guys who helped me a lot. Great watching these episodes, keep them coming.
I guess I’m used to using a grinder with no guard on it,it’s the first thing I do when I unbox a new one,take the guard off,and in the bin with it.

It’s a long time since I saw a pressure cooker blow,I’d just be annoyed at the food wasted,which looked delicious by the way👍😊
Yes Wayne, I have never had a pressure cooker blow BUT there is a first time for everything. My fault as I did not wait for that last few minutes for it to COMPLETELY calm down. Patience
Sailing Pluto ,oh dear,I thought it literally blew while it was still cooking,I've seen that once or twice.
I take it he will use a bolt cutter next time... Christo... Safety First...!!

Baden is very much still at the club. Great work on stainless steel. Will send him regards. The finger has healed well, probably because of the Dr's care :)
