The majority of Americans find it difficult to retire comfortably due to the weakening economy. To answer the question of whether you would pay down your mortgage as you get closer to retirement or spread your assets out for income flow so you can keep your lifestyle, consider the fact that some people have absolutely no money saved for retirement.
The answer to this issue, like most investing related ones, varies. My best recommendation is to take advice management into consideration.
The importance of advisors cannot be contested, only disregarded. When my portfolio, which was wortharound $300k at the time of the covid outbreak, took a little hit in the early 2020s, reportedly as a result of the pandemic crash, I immediately sought advice from a financial expertto prevent panic- selling. As of right now, only because I properly delegated my excesses, has my account produced enormous fat dividends and leverages on seven figures.

This idiot guest of Kevin’s is going to lose his shirt once shit hits the fan. Easy to make money when interest rates are low, and property values are going up. We’re in a totally different market now, and he’s overly optimistic because he NEEDS to be. He’s going to learn the lesson of his lifetime, as he thinks we won’t see a crash 😂😂. Meanwhile rents and property values are dropping in many places including Fresno. Never trust a salesman wearing a Hawaiian shirt, who’s trying to sell you a book at the very end 😂

Where do you look for money to start investing? How do you use that to leverage the market?
Are you going in debt to invest? Using cash?
Are you buying wedges and living in them until you can sell for enough to have money to invest? I want to get involved now and learn the markets.
I've all the time to trade by myself but I have some friends who uses the aids of financial advisors
No doubt Mr Jonathan Lewis trading service are really great, I invested $5000 and cashed out $39,700 on just 3weeks.

I also learned from ypu both that real estate is " always negotiable" even though the big builder's sales agents say "we don't negotiate". But, if it is a sitting spec and you are the only one pre approved with 20% plus down, they will negotiate and give you closing costs, rate buy downs and appliances with a price reduction. The longer the spec sits vacant, the more you can negotiate. Getting the builder's sales agent to bring your offer to the higher ups is a bit of a struggle. But eventually they do. Good luck to all of you shopping for a home in the next few months!
