Even in traffic court, you are innocent until proven guilty. If you took the time to go down there in the first place, you must think your not 100 percent guilty, so make them prove it!
Just pay a lawyer ~$200 depending on the citation or whatever and you don’t even have to make an appearance in court. Going to court could take you 8+ hrs before being seen and you still gonna pay something $

I feel very blessed about taking care of my elder sister. The sister who had raised me when I was a child. Since my mum died when I was very very young and little. Family is very important! As you said it!

I really have to think that in the beginning when legislation was in its infancy it had to look a lot like this. Alone the lines it seems like the judicial system lost their way and we need to get back to this type of SENSIBLE justice!

What a good man. He's not out there just trying to get revenue out of regular citizens. He sees honest mistakes caused by a confusing situation, he has compassion and understanding for the people in his jurisdiction. If our legal system was filled with judges like this we would be far safer as citizens. Absolutely love this guy and I hope other judges see him as inspiration to serve their communities, rather than just seeing the people as a source of income for the city.
Judge Caprio needs our prayers, he has pancreatic cancer and isn’t doing very well.
