You are the only TH-camr who has described Honda City's steering feedback as the best and actually this thing is true 👏I don't know why other TH-camrs are saying that the steering of Virtus is so good while it is super light with very decent feedback.

I've made the final conclusion in most parameters here. Different people, completely different needs, cars are really good nowadays and splitting hairs so it's upto them to decide. Making a winner 🏆 takes either a really ultimate car or some cash from manufacturer which many publications do! 😋

"While the Verna 1.5 Turbo definitely brings impressive power to the table, there's something about the Virtus GT's driving experience that's just addictive. The Virtus offers that classic VW charm with a refined, responsive engine and handling that feels so engaging, especially in corners. Plus, the solid build quality gives it that unmistakable German confidence on the road. It’s not always about raw power; sometimes, it’s about how connected you feel while driving-and the Virtus nails that vibe!" No offense but verna's top speed 210 kmp/h it is only for straight line i does'nt have stability like virtus and slavia on top speed and virtus is electronically limited at 203kmp/h at 4500 rpm and verna does'nt have any limiter dude i own both of them but trust me slavia and virtus is such a vibe i dont hate verna but you have to accept the fact verna lacks in some features at its price 😄

@@faisalnaeem2480 depends where you park, is it in underground parking is it under a tree in sunlight?
If it’s parked in closed parking you don’t need anything. If it’s out in sun and open to tree sap and bird poop, get ceramic and clean often
If you can’t clean often, get ppf. Point of protection with ppf is to not going to dealer for every little scratch. Without ppf you’ll have a scratch and you’ll wait for enough scratches or damages to get it repainted, in that waiting process more panels will get scratches more repaint needed. With ppf unless you have major accidents, it can take most scratches and heal itself keeping your car looking much fresher and of course you never have to worry about bird poop tree sap or just some idiots scratching your vehicle. 85k to 1 lakh for a good tpu ppf that stays 5 yrs is a good investment in my eyes for the value it provides in peace of mind and longevity of a new fresh look for your car. Repainting is boarder line stupid, you’ll have to do it again and again, can cause inconsistencies in color and clear coat thickness and it’s only get worse the more you do it. Yes it’s cheaper but only once. Not to forget your resale value goes down the drain on a car with multiple panels repainted

I purchased Verna SX 1.5NA IVT after watching your Verna IVT review.
Test drove Verna and got a good discount on it as well. It felt really plush, supremely comfortable(in the back seats) and luxurious, almost like a D segment sedan! I like sedated driving and this car perfectly fits my style! While the mileage in horrid Bangalore traffic varies all the way from 5 to 12, on highways it has given me 18-21 consistently. So, I’ve reserved it only for highways, and use my Altroz diesel for city drive and occasional enthusiast drives. The only issue I found with Verna is that the lumbar support in front seats is pathetic. Observed it after 5-6k kms. Nothing that a ₹1k lumbar support pillow can’t solve but Hyundai could have done it better.
City, while reliable, felt a bit noisy and not so premium for premium Honda was charging. Just like Sony tax, Honda is charging brand tax and profiting off their reputation.
Thanks a bunch for such quality content! Keep up the good work! I just want to ask you to include after sales/service experience as well in your assessment going forward, as they play a crucial role in longevity of the car and helps the uninformed first time purchasers take the right decisions.
As much as I love my Altroz, Tata service centre guys make sure to dampen my trust in Tata. So much so that now I genuinely ask people not to buy Tata cars though they have such good cars.

I feel my verna 2024 is giving very low mileage lately. Initially after I bought it used to give 3-4 km more per ltr. On highway dashboard showing 21-22 constantly but after 450-500 km trip, petrol tank becoming almost finished. So an honest video from you would be appreciated on how to improve mileage from cvt or ivt with AC mostly on.

So i would say take a test drive of both vehicles, i did as well and that should give you an idea of the cabin engine and insulation and the cooled seats! That’s where you’ll have more clarity. I'm not married to hyundai and Honda we habe both and I've test drived all 4 cars. honda city doesn't make sense if you look at it as complete package, it's a good car for a lot of people but it's lacking in creature comfort features. And even though Honda's service network is fine the service it self is lower than hyundai which is lower than maruti and Toyota. As of suspension it's felt too soft during the test ride so much so I'd probably not drive it as fast as any other three, verna is second softest in the segment so it's not too far behind from the city. Yes you'll find it nice to drive but you'll reach every where with a sweaty back. I can confirm this is exactly true in all sense. Mai abhi is segment ki gadiya dekh rha tha to sari hi test drive li. Aapne jo bate batayi hai exactly right hai. City me engine noise itna hai jitna mere grand i10 me bhi nhi aata. 2000 rpm pe hi andar noise aane lagta hai. I almost confirmed city but ambient noise ki wajah se cancel hui. Virtus uski cheap plastic and rattling noise ki wajah se and low AC cooling too. Same with Slavia. In dono ka city me mileage bhi bohot hi jyada kam hai. Overall is segment ki best gadi mere liye Hyundai Verna thi.

1.5 TSI from VW grp is used not only in India but in global markets too. Even a 1.0 Tsi was used in base models of Audi's. If maintained well with regular service through authorized dealer then there won't be issues. Regarding the gearbox, again the whole problem of DSG in VW came when they paired it with diesel, with the petrol unlikely such problems will occur. I've heard Hyundai has used reverse engineering to build the DCT. So I guess the reliability part itself is self explanatory based on the fact I stated.

What i feel about the car as a whole is the verna has sufficient feature set and safety for novice drivers but same feature set turns into excellent grade for expert drivers because they can get the most out of same set of features/engines. On that note most NA engines also teach you how to properly build power and torque which most turbos don’t so a good NA engine might feel boring or lacking punch to someone who only drove turbos, same engine could feel sufficiently powered for someone who knows how to build power/plan overtakes.
