      @@tylerleachman4133 I have a camper. It weighs 4,700lbs. It did well for me. A lot has to do with how hard you drive it too. I know a lot of people push trucks way harder, because it says it can. They gas it to keep up with speed limit on highway. I drive mine about 65 at most. Averaged right around 11 mpg. I rarely set it to cruise unless it's a long flat road. Far as feeling it, not really. It does very well in my opinion..

    It is really annoying how much you guys down play the Titan. Let me set a few things straight. The Pro-4x comes with a 1.5in lift from the factory, and the stock tire size is 275/70R18 which is a 33.3in tire not a 32 Andre. Now i will give you the interior on the Ram is the best in the business but who gives a crap about 4wd auto and the new Titan interior is top notch. The Titan also has a Torsen limited slip front diff that is fired using the anti-lock brake system. As far as price Titan Pro-4x starts in the low to mid 50's and it takes every option and usless after market BS to get it up into the 60's. So way to go, false reporting on basic facts and baulking a price that is way exaggerated due to the truck on hand with no explanation.

Absolutely love it, and eveyone comments on it. Many people forget Nissan makes a full size Pickup. Nissan also has great incentives. Before I added suspension, trifold cover, rock sliders and fender flares it was discounted to 49k. 5year 100k mile bumper to bumper warranty can't be beat either.

    Just to help clarify this never ending confusion... A GM truck with rpo code G80 does not have a limited slip, it has an Eaton locker. However, a GM car with the rpo code G80 does have a limited slip. So truck = locker, car = limited slip, but same rpo code G80.
    This is also the reason for why on a muscle car you can go do burnouts all day long with your G80 without instantly grenading it, but doing a burnout on dry pavement in a truck is the worst thing you can possibly do for the G80 locker.

  • @davep2945
    @davep2945 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    The Raptor is no doubt the most off road worthy but all of those trucks will get the average buyer anywhere they will ever really take them. By the way, the Nissan and the Ram have the same exact tire size at 275/70/18 yet you claim the Nissan has 32" tires while the Ram has 33" tires. The metric to imperial size translates to 33.2" x 10.8" for both trucks. The Chevy has 32.1" tires and the Raptor has a 34.4" x 12.4" tire. So not even a 35" tire if you were to round up. Again, the Raptor wins by a mile on the most serious terrain but for real world conditions where someone actually uses their truck as a truck give me any of the other three. Heck, give me a regular F-150 4x4 over the Raptor any day.

When you compare the "other's" and their regular offerings to their "more offroad worthy" upgraded versions yes I can see that a suspension lift is performed ... that is NOT the case with the Raptor, it was designed like that from the ground up, therefore (contrary to the others), it was NOT AN AFTERTHOUGHT.

  • @grimreefer5159
    @grimreefer5159 ปีที่แล้ว

    One thing that's not mentioned here is the longevity of these trucks. I bet the raptor would be the the first to have engine problems. I say that because I'm a firm believer that a candle that burns twice as bright, lasts half as long. Ford is literally are squeezing every ounce of hp out of that little v6 motor. Another thing to mention is mpg and fuel. The titan can run on low octane with only a 10 hp hit and it still gets 20mpg highway. What about the raptor? Gl running low octane or getting a decent mpg. The raptor is just a really expensive sxs. It's not good for much else. The other trucks are just that. Trucks. And honestly, for the price difference, you could make all the other trucks far more capable than the raptor for the same price.
