Keratin does different things to different people hair types, I’d recommend if using a keratin treatment, first know your hair because I def did not do the full 9-12 passes my keratin told me to do, I only did 4 and i still kept my curls. It didn’t do too much straightening. It def did smooth my hair and defrizz my curls. My hair is so easy to detangle and shampoo slips right through and easy.
I'm a stylist and have tried a few keratin treatments and all I can say is the power is in the name this really is the Best one out there, it's gentle and lasts 5 months I even had a couple of clients that stretched it out to 9 months.😊
It came out really pretty. I've paid my stylist a lot to apply this product to my hair, and I've wanted to see if I could do it myself. You definitely helped me realize that I def can. Thank you. 🙏
Yessss it truly isn’t hard to do yourself! Just a bit time consuming but after the treatment your washdays only take a hour to 2 hours depending on how long you deep condition.
My first keratin treatment was this one 7 years ago and I loved it but now she uses the Avalon treatment and my hair is thicker and longer but im a keratin girl for life
New subby! Wondering how long this treatment will last. I know some are just 30 days and others are 3-6 months. Definitely looking for a formaldehyde-free treatment so this is right up my alley. Thanks for the great video. Can’t wait for the breakdown.
Hi, can you please tell me what kind of blowdryer brush and flatiron are you using? Also, is the GK Keratin like a perm? I love my type 4 hair and I'm just trying to bring it back to health not really change the texture too much. I also think I have high porosity hair. I just figured that out today. Thank you so much for this video! 💛
Yes, my hair would definitely be fuller overall with the texture still there. But I feel like my hair was thick & full with the cliove system too. Thicker than what I was used to but we’ll see in the long run
There’s other keratin treatments that will give you a straightening result but I can’t speak on them because I’ve never used other brands. Other than these 2.
Does this work on completely natural ladies! Your hair looks very thin and heat damaged on the ends like your transitioning still. My hair is natural and healthy just looking for something to hold my flat iron styles longer in the summer but still keep my natural coils.
Yes it will work, it’s a smoothing treatment so it’s what you’re looking for. My ends are from a previous straightening keratin treatment that I am growing out.
Nope, this one doesn’t straighten your curl pattern. Only smoothens the hair shaft so it’s less frizzy and won’t revert with humidity but once you shampoo your hair, your pattern is back
I’m new to your channel. It looks like there’s heat (or some other kind) damage on your ends because they are significantly thinner than the rest of your hair. Is that from this process or other factors? No shade at all just honestly curious. It came out beautiful tho 😊
My ends are straighter from a previous keratin treatment used. That one was more of a straightening treatment, this one is a smoothing treatment. I also did suffer hair loss due to vitamin deficiency so some areas do need to grow back to get back to my fullness. I talked about it in my hair update video if you want to check it out th-cam.com/video/yyQ8noeQ0FM/w-d-xo.htmlsi=eKzeknlnAkD9Q5E6

Its okay that you want to straighten it and that you want it to rever however listeningbtontou saynyour not bothered if it doest revert so im thonking if you dont like your afro hair or is it that you just dont like the management of your afro hair xy you kepp it straight and bone straight?
I love my hair, I don’t love having to set aside an entire day to do my hair. I got stuff to do and I want my hair done in 2 hours max, that’s why I chose what I choose for my hair & lifestyle. If I hated my hair I would never wear it out at all.
Why do people really think someone is hating there hair don't they get it by now that it's all about the convenience of manageability and changability for styles and what works best for success get over it by now. ❤

My hair never reverted after my first keratin treatment. I had to do a big chop to get my curls back
It came out really pretty. I've paid my stylist a lot to apply this product to my hair, and I've wanted to see if I could do it myself. You definitely helped me realize that I def can. Thank you. 🙏
Me 2! Think I've been overcharged after looking at this
@@jai2kaiyes I’m looking at the prices and I’m seeing mostly $200+
Yessss it truly isn’t hard to do yourself! Just a bit time consuming but after the treatment your washdays only take a hour to 2 hours depending on how long you deep condition.

Omg thank you so much for saying that! Sometimes I’m like omg this video is too long but then I’m like they need to know this!! lol
My first keratin treatment was this one 7 years ago and I loved it but now she uses the Avalon treatment and my hair is thicker and longer but im a keratin girl for life

Her hair came out beautiful!!😍😍
Thank youuuu hun! 🫶🏾 thanks for always showing love! You’re the best ❤️
2 strand twist for the rest of the year you will be full waist length. If you dont like the look of twist you can hide them under a wig.
Oh you already know after a few months I’ll be right under a wig or in braids lol me & protective styling go together real bad! lol
I just got this but I’m medium (300ml) each. Since you said it the current size you got wasn’t enough lol!
New subby! Wondering how long this treatment will last. I know some are just 30 days and others are 3-6 months. Definitely looking for a formaldehyde-free treatment so this is right up my alley. Thanks for the great video. Can’t wait for the breakdown.
It lasts about 5 months but I have a couple of clients that it last about 9 months

It’s getting there!!
You are brave one to put that in yourself. Thank you for sharing.

First time watching. I enjoyed your video.
Welcome! Glad you liked ❤️
What was the heat protectant that you used? Was that a ceramic or titanium plate in the flat iron?
I always use ceramic flat irons
I like all of the remaining texture. It’s looks a little fuller.
Yes, my hair would definitely be fuller overall with the texture still there. But I feel like my hair was thick & full with the cliove system too. Thicker than what I was used to but we’ll see in the long run
How much is this in sri lankan rupees
Is there something more affordable then Cliove that would make my hair straight over time
There’s other keratin treatments that will give you a straightening result but I can’t speak on them because I’ve never used other brands. Other than these 2.
So does the cliove have formaldehyde?
No it doesn’t! It’s just a stronger formula
What kind of brush blow dryer is that ? 😊
Here you go hun amzn.to/2Y03w5x
Do u wrap it at night like day 1?
Yes I wrap my hair every night, it keeps it straight and doesn’t create any indents
Did you order from Amazon or directly from their site?
I ordered directly from the site but it’s available on Amazon and Walmart online as well

Lmao yes that was really long didn’t even realize it was an intro 😅
Girl I started filming 2 videos in 1 lol plus I just knew the questions were coming and wanted to get it out the way
Is a keratin treatment like a perm? ( thinking about trying this )
Nope, this one doesn’t straighten your curl pattern. Only smoothens the hair shaft so it’s less frizzy and won’t revert with humidity but once you shampoo your hair, your pattern is back
@ 10;33 you where using Cliove not GK!!
Did you hear the part where I said I ran out of the GK? & needed to use the cliove for the last section?
Can you compare against goldwell kerasilk
I’ll look into it. I’ll research the ingredients and see if it’s something that will be healthy for my hair type first
I’m new to your channel. It looks like there’s heat (or some other kind) damage on your ends because they are significantly thinner than the rest of your hair. Is that from this process or other factors? No shade at all just honestly curious. It came out beautiful tho 😊
You do know some people can have thin ends that aren’t split or damaged. Some parts of the head grow faster than others like the nape
My ends are straighter from a previous keratin treatment used. That one was more of a straightening treatment, this one is a smoothing treatment. is there age limit can a 15 yr old do keratin
Yes. My daughter has been getting Keratin since she was about 11 yrs old. Even her stylist said she actually needed it because she has such thick hair
I know this has nothing to do with the video but where did you get your necklace?
