I bought mine on 11/5 and haven't received a shipping email, I did get a confirmation email but nothing else. I even emailed them and I have not received a reply. Did you get it within 10 days? I'm in the US.

I just tried mine today. Next time I will WEAR GLOVES. My hands smell like strong bleach and is very dry. I washed my hands so many times to remove the smell along with adding lotion. My hair doesn’t smell like bleach but I notice a smell. Not bad but a smell I don’t care for. So far I haven’t noticed a difference. Maybe lighter weight. My hair has always been healthy and shiny but I am hoping it will help with the frizz. Also I added a heat protectant.
I’ve just done mine! How can you tell if you’ve rinsed it off properly?? Lol I’ve rinsed mine twice but it feels really sticky when I start drying it 😵💫
@@Laura-bg4nh You’re going to feel the product in your hair when rinsed it and dry it. You’re sealing the keratin in your hair with the straightener so it’s supposed to be there. Your hair will go back to feeling normal when you shampoo it in a few days.
I'm sold. I used at home keratin treatments for years, especially one called Zelo that really gave me salon tier results. Unfortunately, the original owners sold the company to a corp that changed the formula. The results weren't nearly as good or long lasting, and I've been looking for another good at home kit since.

I tried this product I have done Japanese hair straightening sep 23 then again in feb 24.. it lasted tilll now aug 24 but my toots were growing out and it annoys me so much 😭 so I tried this very easy to use straightening wasn’t too bad, I have also coloured me hair 😅 and it’s still stuck to my hair as after I washed and dried the texture of my hair was weird. I can say the smell is very strong when straightening and after my hair still smells quite strong of the product 😂next time will be wearing gloves
Thanks for the video! I would like to order this for my hair. I have had the Gk Keratin done on my hair, it dried and thinned out my hair along the edges and the top of my head. Apparently a step was missed, it was applied like this at home treatment, it was not shampooed out and dried and straightened a second time. My hair is 3 c texture. I also had the expensive Brazilian Blowout $350, I was not comfortable with knowing about the toxins about the formaldehyde in it. 🙀The Brazilian Blowout did not thin my hair out like the G K keratin treatment did. They both lasted about 5 weeks. My hair is now bushy, wild looking and hard to comb. I use sulfate free shampoos and conditioners. I may have messed up by using a setting lotion to roller set my hair that had sulfate (lotta body) It is soft though since the last Brazilian blowout I had and no breakage. I would feel more comfortable using this one. Thank you for the clear instructions and showing the hair oil you also use. I would like to look presentable and we’ll well groomed. 💐💐💐

I have VERY long EXTREMELY thick curly low porosity hair. My hair is between my bra and waist and probably 3x more hair than you. Thoughts on purchasing 2 as a just in case. At least for 1st treatment.

No reason. I probably just forgot them the first time. But the product is gentle so they aren’t really required but might be a smart choice. I’ll probably wear gloves from now on just to be safe. 👍

I’m not really sure. It’s pretty gentle but it will change your daughter’s curl pattern. You may want to make sure she’s old enough to consent and understand what’s going to happen. I’m not sure if the curls will return if you stop using it because I’ve continued to use the product. Hope this helps. 😊
I have wavy to curly, I don't want to go completely straight just remove frizz and relax the curl, I am a white girl with fine hair. After I use and rinse would I just leave it and not flat iron? Plus I need to color my hair. Do I do that before or after. Thank you. great videos
Color your hair before. I don’t know if it would work at all if you don’t seal it with a straightener. It’s not permanent. Your curls will eventually return but your hair will be more manageable. Thanks for watching! ✨🫶

Blow drying won’t seal the keratin into your hair. You only have to straighten it the first time when you are sealing the product into your hair AND for the first couple of weeks. You can style it anyway you want after that. If you don’t straighten your hair, the keratin is just going to wash out. Thanks for watching! ✨❤️
So I did the treatment today and had to use two bottles. Thank God I had a second bottle. So far my hair looks amazing! But how am I suppose to shower now? Lol
You can put your hair up and use a shower cap if one is needed. It won’t be a problem since your hair is only up for a short amount of time. After you shampoo your hair in 3 days, you’re free to do whatever you want. 🙌😀

Hello - I watched this video and the orignal 43min video you did. I finally bought it and did it. My hair is black and 2 weeks ago I went to salon to get greys covered on my roots. So I waited 2 weeks before doing the keratin treatment. The only thing I noticed is that the color of my hair (roots that were covered and maybe 2 inches down) have turned a slight light brown. In essense, it now looks like I have highlights on the top of my hair and middle scalp area where roots were covered. I don't put highlights on my hair as I always like it black. Just curious on the color change. Maybe next time I'll do the treatment and then color my hair? I'm a bit confused by this as when I go to salon to get Keratin that never happens. Otherwise, I'm happy with the results. Please let me know. Thanks.
Hi there. I use a temporary color and could therefore apply the keratin treatment immediately after. I did not experience root color change. It’s really easy to apply temporary without a stylist if you need to go back over your roots on your on. I usually link the one that I use in my description box. I find that my color lasts longer buy applying the keratin after. I’m not sure if that helps you but that’s been my experience. Thanks for commenting!! ✨😊

My teen daughter has 3b/3c hair and badly broken from straightening it and ponytails =( I think if we did a keratin it would help loosen her curls and maybe she will wear it curly more or help keep it smoother when she straightens it. I think this is a great product. It’s very gentle. But know this…. her curls will be completely different after the treatment. She likely won’t be able to wear it curly for a few weeks. Then they will be looser than usual. My curls have never returned to their original state. But keep in mind, I’ve reapplied the treatment. I can only assume that if someone stops applying the treatment, the curls would eventually return. Hope this helps. 👍🥰

I’m not sure if you can add heat protectant or not. It doesn’t say to add it. Since you have the keratin in your hair, it probably serves as the heat protectant.
On wash days after you apply a keratin treatment, do you have to flat iron your hair? Can you just blow dry it? How long do the keratin treatment last if you just blow dry it on your wash days?
I think this you should straighten it a few times to make the keratin most effective. You will have to see the results on your hair to determine if you will need to continue to straighten it with every shampoo or whether blow drying is enough. How long it last depends on the person. 🥰
How long after you apply a keratin treatment do you have to wait before you use olaplex no 3? Can you use olaplex no 3 while you have a keratin treatment in your hair?
No. You don’t add anything to your hair at that point. Just rinse the product and straighten. Remember to do 6 passes with the straightener after you blow dry. After you shampoo your hair, you can use whatever you want on your hair. Hope this helps! ✨🫶

i want to try the product, BUT my hair is type 4a/b and its fine. i heard because of the excessive passes with the iron that would damage or further damage fine hair. i do have slight heat damage. i also have grays and want to do a hair rinse but i dont know if applying the rinse and the keratin would take my hair out. ive never had a keratin but the rinse ive done before. watching your videos and results really make me want to give it a try though. your hair and you are so pretty.
I’m not sure about how this will work for your hair type. Check the FAQs on their website. I always color with a rinse prior to my keratin treatment and it does fine. It helps the color last longer. Good luck! 👍🍀

It’s very mild on the scalp, however, if you scratch your head before using it, you will feel some discomfort. So don’t vigorously shampoo your head before you apply it and you will be all good. Thanks for watching! 🥰
I bought a keratin kit and I have thick curly hair. Will this keep it straight/more manageable for many months and healthy thank you and if you repeat treatments can it permanetly make my curl looser

I finally received the kit I ordered in November, but it didn’t come with a kit box, just the individual products. Shipping was a mess, but the company replied promptly and sent me a new package that I have yet to receive. I’m going to be doing the treatment this weekend! 🤞

No reason. I probably just forgot them the first time. But the product is gentle so they aren’t really required but might be a smart choice. I’ll probably wear gloves from now on just to be safe. 👍

I’m not really sure. It’s pretty gentle but it will change your daughter’s curl pattern. You may want to make sure she’s old enough to consent and understand what’s going to happen. I’m not sure if the curls will return if you stop using it because I’ve continued to use the product. Hope this helps. 😊
I have wavy to curly, I don't want to go completely straight just remove frizz and relax the curl, I am a white girl with fine hair. After I use and rinse would I just leave it and not flat iron? Plus I need to color my hair. Do I do that before or after. Thank you. great videos
Color your hair before. I don’t know if it would work at all if you don’t seal it with a straightener. It’s not permanent. Your curls will eventually return but your hair will be more manageable. Thanks for watching! ✨🫶

Blow drying won’t seal the keratin into your hair. You only have to straighten it the first time when you are sealing the product into your hair AND for the first couple of weeks. You can style it anyway you want after that. If you don’t straighten your hair, the keratin is just going to wash out. Thanks for watching! ✨❤️
So I did the treatment today and had to use two bottles. Thank God I had a second bottle. So far my hair looks amazing! But how am I suppose to shower now? Lol
You can put your hair up and use a shower cap if one is needed. It won’t be a problem since your hair is only up for a short amount of time. After you shampoo your hair in 3 days, you’re free to do whatever you want. 🙌😀

Hello - I watched this video and the orignal 43min video you did. I finally bought it and did it. My hair is black and 2 weeks ago I went to salon to get greys covered on my roots. So I waited 2 weeks before doing the keratin treatment. The only thing I noticed is that the color of my hair (roots that were covered and maybe 2 inches down) have turned a slight light brown. In essense, it now looks like I have highlights on the top of my hair and middle scalp area where roots were covered. I don't put highlights on my hair as I always like it black. Just curious on the color change. Maybe next time I'll do the treatment and then color my hair? I'm a bit confused by this as when I go to salon to get Keratin that never happens. Otherwise, I'm happy with the results. Please let me know. Thanks.
Hi there. I use a temporary color and could therefore apply the keratin treatment immediately after. I did not experience root color change. It’s really easy to apply temporary without a stylist if you need to go back over your roots on your on. I usually link the one that I use in my description box. My teen daughter has 3b/3c hair and badly broken from straightening it and ponytails =( I think if we did a keratin it would help loosen her curls and maybe she will wear it curly more or help keep it smoother when she straightens it. I think this is a great product. It’s very gentle. But know this…. her curls will be completely different after the treatment. She likely won’t be able to wear it curly for a few weeks. Then they will be looser than usual. My curls have never returned to their original state. But keep in mind, I’ve reapplied the treatment. I can only assume that if someone stops applying the treatment, the curls would eventually return. Hope this helps. 👍🥰

When you are applying the keratin treatment, can you use a heat protector doing the blow dry and flat iron steps?
I’m not sure if you can add heat protectant or not. It doesn’t say to add it. Since you have the keratin in your hair, it probably serves as the heat protectant.
On wash days after you apply a keratin treatment, do you have to flat iron your hair? Can you just blow dry it? How long do the keratin treatment last if you just blow dry it on your wash days?
I think this you should straighten it a few times to make the keratin most effective. You will have to see the results on your hair to determine if you will need to continue to straighten it with every shampoo or whether blow drying is enough. How long it last depends on the person. 🥰

I don’t add anything to the hair when sealing the keratin in the hair. After I shampoo my hair, (I wait 3 days to shampoo) I can style it as usual.

No. You don’t add anything to your hair at that point. Just rinse the product and straighten. Remember to do 6 passes with the straightener after you blow dry. After you shampoo your hair, you can use whatever you want on your hair. Hope this helps! ✨🫶

i want to try the product, BUT my hair is type 4a/b and its fine. i heard because of the excessive passes with the iron that would damage or further damage fine hair. i do have slight heat damage. i also have grays and want to do a hair rinse but i dont know if applying the rinse and the keratin would take my hair out. ive never had a keratin but the rinse ive done before. watching your videos and results really make me want to give it a try though. your hair and you are so pretty.
I’m not sure about how this will work for your hair type. Check the FAQs on their website. I always color with a rinse prior to my keratin treatment and it does fine. It helps the color last longer. Good luck! 👍🍀
