I say this because I anticipate comments suggesting some kind of implication regarding race. The restaurant's sign is displayed for reference. Lots of love, BMF :)
As an American, I love watching Beard tour all of these English restaurants. They are so much more my thing, than most of the American challenge restaurants. Love The Beard.
Us northern Brits are known for being able to chew the fat with people we don’t know 😂 It’s still quite common to say good morning or comment on the weather while doing a school run or on the way to work. My 🇺🇸ex moved to 🇬🇧and he sent me a text, what should he do because an elderly lady was talking to him at the bus stop 😂 I’ve had loads of interesting conversations a d finding out about a stranger on public transport. Particularly long train rides or delayed trains
I watch these videos religiously with my dad and without fail, every breakfast and burger challenge he says “I bet I could do that” now I want to see if he can tbh
Ironic how I've just started binge watching your videos when I've recently started a healthy lifestyle of dieting and working out. Can't wait to take a trip across the pond to try a genuine authentic English breakfast. Maybe not this size though! Love your content man. Keep up the amazing work.

I love European eating establishments. No huge NEON SIGNS and maybe a area to park and if you drive by too fast your gonna miss it. And all the entries into the restaurants are all 14th century. I absolutely love them.

I made a Beard inspired giant breakfast a few days back. See how much I could handle.. plate was stacked with Atleast a double portion of everything breakfast you can think of.. i managed a quarter of it 😒 dog was ecstatic 🤩😋 she polished off the lot! Beaten by a 13yr old staffy.. Pathetic 😒 🤣🤣🤣
The pie looked delicious. My favorite. I make it homemade. Love watching and learning about new foods (new to me) such as fried bread and black sausage.
"Arrgghh, I'm running out of beans!" You could of ordered more. 😜 That really did look delicious. Being an expat, I miss English breakfasts, especially black pudding. My father's side of the family was from Yorkshire, so sometimes an aunt would visit for the weekend and would walk in the door with a black pudding in hand. My mum (like myself, was a Londoner) would refuse to cook it, so my dad would take over breakfast duties for the weekend. 😄 Nice job Beard!
Fancy looking bowl for the beans, food all nicely separated instead of heaped on like they normally seem to do. Sausage looked fantastic, can't beat some good meat. giggity.
The one item I don't dig is Black Pudding. And I know the one item you don't dig is mushrooms. Is it OK to ask for scrambled eggs instead of fried? would that make the challenge null and void?

45 seconds in and, Ahhh The Black Ladd, been there loads of times. The food is great and the staff are also great. And the view is awesome, on a clear day you can see the Welsh mountains :)
Just up the road from my old house, I grew up around there. You saying about it being high up, if your on the m62 at j22 its the highest motorway in England. One of the few challenges I feel I could actually do, but the time limit would probably have me.
