your mom did have to raise you though which is also hard in itself. some babies are extremely tough, but some are easy. adopting is a wonderful thing, because it's taking in a baby that isn't related to you, but loving it like its your own. :)
ummm I'm pretty sure that's very dangerous because any longer than 10 hours the doctors will already start suggesting other methods - like for me I was pulled out with tongs after 12 hours+ because it was too dangerous for both me and my mom if I stayed any longer

Asian parents never really say I love you. I'm an Asian and I have never heard my parents or even my grandparents tell me that they love me (or any of my siblings). Doesn't mean they don't love me- they do but they just don't feel the need to say it.
I suppose it's an understood thing. Some may not feel the need to say it when it's already so clear in their actions towards their children.
