The way to fix this gun is to make it one-handed and give it the recoil and spread it currently has in one-handed status and give it slightly improved spread and recoil with two-handed mode.
this would be inconsistent and confuse players. no other one handed weapon behaves like this when used with one hand. just give it one handed. it doesn't make the weapon more powerful but gives the player more options to make it interesting. it will not overthrow the crossbow as being the best one handed weapon.
Personally I really like the gun, it's become one of my favorite fully auto weapons. That being said, I think this gun is good, but not great. But it's close to being great, I feel like if they made just one or two changes to the weapon, then it would be great. I feel like the weapon is best at mid-range, not too close, but not too far away either. This makes is less likely for the shots to miss. I kinda don't think the poor accuracy is a dealbreaker, considering it's a sub-MACHINE gun. Not every bullet is going to hit its target My biggest problem with the weapon is the magazine, I feel like the amount of ammo it holds is too low to fully justify the long reload animation. I feel like making it either hold more ammo, or reload faster would be a great change.
It fulfills the role of a smg , just a hard hitting one. The reprimand is too big to be a one handed weapon. The inaccuracy is appropriate for what it is, functioning well for close and mid range.
Fair enough, the one criticism I have of it is that the empty reload takes too long for the small magazine size it has. I'm not saying it has to be increased a lot, but just a slight bit, since it uses up it's ammo so quickly.
@@Th0rn5555 it does feel like a long reload. Burst mode seems like overkill for weak enemies. Controlled burst on auto seems to work well for ammo conservation
“Close and mid range” compared to other close and mid range weapons is extremely inconsistent, it literally struggles to hit constantly at 15 meters, that’s not even close to being mid range. Simply remove the dumb “bloom” that shouldn’t exist in this type of game, and just give it a steeper damage fallof to fulfill close-mid range role of an smg
@@BiggieJ4224 that kind of drop off in damage does not occur with real firearms in such short ranges. Bloom does occur in such firearms in rapid fire. Try it in semi auto. It works well that way. It doesn’t have a real scope. That shows it isn’t meant for longer engagements.

This is the one weapon I make a conscious effort to never fully empty it. I always reload with one round left, because the animation takes so long.

I stick with Defender & Pummeler simply as "secondaries" when I run Grenade Launcher. Reprimand is a true primary but kind of in an unexplored niche.
The recoil is more than fine in first person, but its super slow and sluggish do handle.
It's okay just that none of you like getting up close.
It's really good recoil is asss but crouching it's alright 👍
