I watched this when you first posted it. But, I come back occasionally and rewatch because it makes me laugh so hard. I was feeling a bit depressed today. This video is better than an anti-depressant med and no side effects. Well, there is the joy side effect. You have such an awesome sense of humor.

When that mochi came out and you said it looked suggestive I straight up snorted. Things don't usually catch me off guard to induce a surprised snort but that sure did. XD

Hi Doc, I always want to leave my face wet when I put moisturizer on, but then I remember that I have really hard water, so I'm not sure if I'd be doing more harm than good?

Had tears dripping down my face when you took that mochi out of the air fryer. Was laughing so hard I couldn't tell my husband what I was laughing about. That was too funny. Really enjoying all your videos but this one was a stand out. Thanks!

Thanks Dr Dray! You are so fun, and quite the subtle sense of humor in every vlog xoxo!

Dr Dray, idk what version of insta pot your mom got, but ours came with a huge instruction book! And also a quickie guide sticker right on the lid.
Also it has all the settings yours does. Additionally, it makes a cute noise when you put the lid on so you know it’s on right. I’ve never even seen an instapot with no preset buttons?!

    • @DrDrayzday

Japanese people have been eating mocha like that for a long time. We usually fry it in a pan. My grandmother used to fry it and wrap it in seaweed. She would make a teriyaki like dipping sauce of sugar and soy sauce.

Dr. Dray! I need to tell you about a product that recently rocked my world, though it's not a skin product. I had such bad breath that it was taking a toll on me socially. A nose and throat specialist recommended some expensive water saw procedure. In a last ditch effort before going for the big guns I tried TheraBreath mouthwash, and it works like you wouldn't believe. Bad breath can ruin lives by contributing to social isolation and depression...this stuff saved me. I hope you can try it, and share the message. Nothing else over the counter works like this!

I was hesitant to suggest roasted brussel sprouts which I had for Thanksgiving last weekend. Now with an air fryer, have you tried brussel sprouts with cranberries raisins and pecans, it's very good! I drizzle maple syrup and olive oil but perhaps use your chai sweetener instead.🍁

OMG!! The air fryer reveal is hilarious!! Oh My!!! I have the identical cutting board. Not my fave, so it lives in our trailer for summer camping use. I use one of those little nut choppers for making cauli-rice. It works quite well, and I get a bit of an arm workout! Be sure to switch arms so you don't become lop-sided (insert Dr. Dray's Heh-heh-heh here!). I recently bought a pressure cooker. I got the Express Pot. (Crock Pot brand). I have made 2 cheesecakes in mine. They turned out great!

This meal looks healthy and tasty, but just a tad too healthy for my taste. I would call it vegan smorgasbord.

Thank you. I watched one of your very informative videos. One of my biggest concerns is a local carcinogen effect. I have had melanoma, it runs in my family and my brother passed away due to it. I have these dark spots on my face, probably due to sun damage, and this may not make sense, but am worried about further aggravating these melanocytes in those spots, leading to cancer. Btw, I did have one biopsied and it was negative.

Dr Dray It’s time consuming. I get mine from our local Asian market. I also order it from NYrture.com. The health benefits from the bacillus subtilis changed my life for the better. It’s an acquired taste though. It took me about a month to get used to it. Now, I can’t get enough of it!

Dr. Dray, I feel like you're a live science experiment. I wish I could be around to see you when you're in your 70s to see how you've fared. I was surprised you didn't wash the radishes before cooking them. I'd do it even if they were said to be prewashed, but I'm picky.

Dr Dray. I’m curious about doing laser beard removal. My dermatologist uses a laser called Sporano Ice - something like that. 🤣. My questions are - is that a laser you would recommend, and will I be able to go to work the day afterwards without looking like a mutant?

    • @DrDrayzday
      @DrDrayzday  6 ปีที่แล้ว

Laser hair removal in the bear area can be helpful/effective, yes. The laser depends on the patient's skin tone and hair. See my laser hair removal video for more details, but a good approach for people who suffer from really horrible ingrown hairs in the beard area

Recipe name idea- "obscene multigrain magic". 😉 I laughed so hard when you opened the air fryer and saw the results. The air fryer looks interesting, might think about that for Christmas. I have the new 10-in-One Instant-Pot. My best friend suggested it. I have been very happy with it so far. It sat in the box for a month before I got courage to use it. I agree in that they provide no instructions and can be totally frustrating.

I am a frequent visitor to Japan and I love their food, including mochi, rice mochi to be precise. It is delicious, however, it is well known in Japan that rice mochi has a downside that I very nearly discovered for myself. Eaten in VERY small portions is no problem, unfortunately one day in my enthusiasm, I took a slightly larger portion and almost choked. It can be very difficult to swallow. I hope your mochi, which I have not had the pleasure of trying, does not pose the same problem for you. Love your vlogs by the way!
